Everytime I come there is no one in office. Had an issue with my locks and no one to talk to nor answer the call. They should put up a sign on the door as they claim they are open, but in reality aren’t.

My rate was going up but I also needed to downsize to a smaller unit. I was going to just cancel my account and switch to another facility, but when I called the woman who answered was so helpful and said I can just transfer my account and storage to a new one. I wound up going down that day and with in a half hour, I had a new storage room, and moved my items into the new unit. Laura and Tierney were so helpful, bringing me over to the new unit, processing my paperwork very quickly and allowing me to move from one unit to the other. If I hadn't called I never would have known I could do this. They were both so helpful and courteous, on the phone and in person. Glad I stayed a customer here.

It's good if you don't need climate control. I've never had any issues with the office and the employees are competent and nice. The price has increased each year by a significant amount in the last 4 years so decided to stop paying rent for things I don't use or need anymore.
I reserved my unit online. I arrived today and everything was in order. There is so much I like about this public storage. First I like I can use the app to Access the property. It's so convenient and you don't even have to get out of the car. The unit was clean and easily accessible. When I reserved my unit their was a special first month rent free. So I got a good deal. The rent is very affordable and the service was great. I worked with Tierney. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I bought some supplies and they were reasonably priced. I am very glad I chose this location and would recommend this location to anyone. Very good experience.

I would like to nominate Dawn for an award. She is always happy and busy and eager to help whenever you need a hand. So much so that she will always go to the extra trouble to look for a you. I have my home seasonal-items at Public Storage. This facility property is very large accessible for move-in trucks, vans, s.u.v.'s, it's kept clean from outside to inside isles, customers belongings are kept secured, motion-sensors hall lights & inside unit-halls are temperature-control to preserve customers items. Great managed by Storage-Mgr/Dawn. Ms.Dawn will gladly assist/suggest customers with unit dolley-carts, store-purchased boxes & very knowledgeable how to stock items inside storage-unit. 5⭐'s to Ms.Dawn🙂

I had called public storage to get a price quote on storage units. I had spoken with Dawn and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained all the different sizes and prices of each unit and approximately how much they would hold. She also was extremely helpful in discussing the packing supplies that I might need. I was very happy with her customer service skills. I will definitely be booking my unit with her come spring!
I think you have lost your minds. In order to get my monthly fee reduced I have to move my stuff to different identical unit. You will raise my rate again for no reason and I will have to repeat this exercise again. Is your CEO mentally challenged? What kind of policy is this. Please respond to this. I would love to hear your rational.

10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. I went to move my things into a unit and ran into a woman who showed me what happened to her space. It was entirely infested with raccoons (both living and dead) she warned me that the site managers were no help and she couldn’t even get people to remove her belongings because of the decaying animals it was considered hazardous. I immediately canceled my storage unit and waited for the office to open at 9:30. No one was there and I called twice with no answer. I came back at 11… still no one at the office and no answer on the phone. No one reached back out until 2:00. Please use caution when booking at this location.
Staff are friendly. Mike went over and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. Wasn’t sure what I needed when I got there. Mike took time to listen and help pick what was best for my needs. property was maintained very well. It was a great experience would recommend to anyone!

We waited for more than an hour at the public storage morris plains and no one could attend to us. The door is locked but there is a message by the door that they will be back by 1:30 pm but no one showed up. Is this how you conduct your business?

The staff is friendly, but there is a major problem with the buildings. I've stored my belongings here for a few years. Went to check on it randomly in the winter and discovered that the roof over my unit was caved in. Snow and melted snow (water) got inside creating mold and ruined 80% of my stuff. Luckily, I purchased the insurance and filed a claim. If you walk around you can notice the roof is falling in the hallways, etc. I'm sure more units have the same issue so if you have your stuff here, go check on it ASAP.
I didn’t really know what I was looking for, I was shopping around for my uncle and I noticed a lot of places with high rates. I decided to call and ask some questions and the manager Darious was very helpful and answered all my questions to help me understand the prices a little better. He was very friendly and personable.
