Rented here last year and had such a great experience that I came back today. The manager Heather, was wonderful in finding me the perfect unit based on my needs. Such a wonderful clean facility!!
Had a horrible experience with 2 other places; one kept raising the price every month and tge other was rude and disrespectful. Public got it all right the first time! Fair price, professional staff! I am moved in and it was easy and I would highly recommend!

This Public Storage facility is conveniently located on Route 10 in Randolph, NJ. Brand new, it is sparkling clean and access is easy. Making a reservation was fast and Caitlin was a big help finding me the exact right unit and setting up my account for electronic access to all gates and doors. Very happy to find it!

Dave did a fantastic job upgrading my storage. He was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly. The process was smooth and fast. Great customer service!
I’m very disappointed with this location. They do not properly maintain the property at all. When it snows, it takes them almost a full week to clean it up. The same thing happens during the fall leaves pile up everywhere and nothing gets cleaned for days.
It feels like they simply don’t care about the condition of the property. Even when you complain, nothing changes. For a storage facility where customers need safe and easy access to their units, this level of neglect is unacceptable.
I hope management starts taking maintenance more seriously

Was priceless having ability to "purge" in stages : ) The facility is secure, clean & well maintained. I was always able to find a cart, and appreciated the bright lights. The unit was clean, access was easy, and a staff member was on site, walking the halls which was great to see. He was also super nice and let us know if we need anything to give him a call!
Great facility and location. Special thanks to Blake! She was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and got me set up in no time. --- Had to update this and bring this down to 2 stars (from 5). After the last snowfall, it was 3 days before anyone could access the facility. Worse, there was not any sort of communication regarding when the snow would be removed and the building would be accessible again. It's very difficult to get a hold of anyone over the phone (left messages with no return call) and they don't seem to have standard office hours. The problem is, its not the first time the facility was not plowed or was poorly plowed. I've gone multiple times during which it was incredibly icy around all buildings because no salt had been put down. Given this experience, I moved out and found another facility.
The Employees were helpful when present. My main concern is that they don't clear snow for several days after it snows. I'm currently in the middle of a move and putting my household goods into storage. The movers attempted to put my furniture in storage and can't access the facility. This is three full days after it stopped snowing. Now I'm paying movers to store in their truck until I find a new facility forcing me to cancel two reservations at public storage. Frustrating! Spoke with a Representative and they explained situation and are willing to work with me to correct so I'm upgrading to 5 star. Will update here if anything changes.
It is inadmissible that Randolph Public Storage did not clear the snow even 2 days after the winter storm! Moreover they don't broadcast a communication saying that the snow was not cleared yet.
I am in the middle of a move and yesterday, Jan 27th I needed to store a large volume of items, I rented a truck, paid to have the truck loaded and was in shock when arriving at Randolph Public Storage: they didn't make any attempt to clear the snow. I had to pay again for downloading all items, also paid for storing the items in a neighbors' garage.
I had a difficult time locking my unit. I asked the clerk to help me. He showed me a couple of ways to get the latch to slide into place so I could lock it. He was kind and didn’t make me feel stupid at all. Thanks Dave from Randolph, NJ Public Storage!

I've been using Public Storage for several years and recently switched locations to the new facility that's closer to home. I had to stop by the facility today and the gentleman behind the service counter, Ed, was very pleasant. He took care of the matter I asked about in a few minutes. I'm typing this review in my car because everything finished so quickly. I recommend this location if you are searching for storage facilities in the area. The rates are very reasonable and the building is clean and well-maintained. All of the team here are friendly, professional and offer assistance in a prompt manner.

What a piece of crap company and property manager. I’ve tried several times to visit the site for a tour and nobody work there. All of their numbers either send you to the general customer service or are out of service. The own corporation said they cannot connect with the property owner. On top of all that, I cannot log into my account which has my reservation. I’ve reset the password several times, have confirmation emails saying my account is active and have troubleshooted twice with customer service to no avail. They have most definitely lost my business.

Today I rented a unit in Morris county and it was a terrific experience - Tierney, the customer service rep was informed, polite, extremely helpful and answered all my questions with great clarity!

My cousin and I just rented a storage unit and the man that helped us, Cliff Was amazing. Not only did he keep us laughing the entire time he gave us the first month for a dollar. How do you say no to that kinda deal. I was in and out it was super easy and he had the best sense of humor. I highly rate this place. Also the prices were extremely reasonable.
