Stopped In to this location today to look at storage prices and I must say Merissa was very helpful. I have never used storage before so I’m very new to this and she was able to answer every single question I had. I feel more at ease knowing I will be storing somewhere with a property manager that knows her stuff. I have to say that Melanie and the staff at this facility have been very accommodating. The facility is excellent with easy access to all units. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage. Melanie will go out of her way to make sure you’re a satisfied customer.

Where do I begin? I went online to book a storage unit near my new upscale apartment that I will be moving into in October. The Google search engine led me to a booking site that refers customers to local storage facilities in their area based on the city and zip code. So low and behold, I was directed to Public Storage in Marmora, NJ. The first thing that I did was read the reviews from the many customers that they have had over the years. Boy was I impressed. Hoping that the same great management and staff were there I eagerly jumped into my vehicle and traveled to a halfway point in the direction of my new apartment where the storage facility was. I was so nervous because I had never used a storage unit for this sort of purpose in the past. There was so much concern and doubt regarding my things being safe considering that 95% of my belongings were new items that I wanted safeguarded for the official move. As soon as I arrived at the front desk I was greeted by the most warm spirit. Her name was Melanie and it was almost as if I were reuniting with my sister I had not seen in a long time. When I saw her name badge it dawned on me that this was the same fantastic lady that I read about in the reviews. I was stoked and just relieved. I knew at that moment that I was definitely in the right place and that I didn't have to worry anymore. As she got me checked in and showed me around the facility, I immediately started to unload my car into my unit. As soon as I was finished I hopped back into my car only for it to NOT start. OMG!!! What in the Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious is going on here???!!!@#$$%???? Luckily, Melanie was still around in the area checking on the property. I explained my situation as I had not had car troubles before and she immediately sprung into action. She invited me back to the office while we waited for a wrecker to come all while still trying to brainstorm the problem. After conversing Melanie suggested that we try to jumpstart it with her car. It wouldn't work when I attached the cables and then she just took over. Guess What??? She got my car started! All that I can say is that the world would be a MUCH better place if people would be more kind like her. The amount of compassion that this lady has in her heart is not measurable. I'm not sure what kind of salary she is earning and I know that it's none of my business but I hope this company is taking good financial care of her because the level of service that she's providing to customers like me is unmatched. Kudos to Public Storage for employing such excellence!

I recently had an awesome experience at the Public Storage unit in Marmora, thanks to Melanie who works at this location. I needed to transfer my old unit to a bigger one, and Melanie assisted me seamlessly. She was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Her exceptional service made the transition smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this facility, and Melanie’s outstanding customer service truly sets it apart.

Melanie (new from West Berlin location) was excellent in guiding me through the process and answering my questions. Marisa actually remembered me from last year!! I was charged for the unit after I cancelled and move out. I have been trying to get help to get a refund and cannot reach anyone. I went back to the facility and was told I need to speak to the District Manager. DM does not answer the phone. I've left numerous messages and no one will return my calls. I will continue to pursue this. I'm not backing down. Leaving this message so that anyone who sees this knows to stay away from this facility.

Since Public Storage took over this previously clean, well run location of Simply Storage, has deteriorated. It's dirty, trash everywhere, the grounds are uncut and overgrown, the main entrance gate does not work, it is left open for any one to enter. There is no manager on site

Great facility but…. they bait and switch on the price of the unit. In less than 24 hours from shopping the price and just overnight they changed the price when they know your on the hook. Staff is friendly and helpful but corporate always plays a game.

People here are awesome they treat you like a friend I truly recommend saving your belongings at simply self storage .

Went out of their way help me on a Sunday morning. Made reservation with Jose and was assited by Jason on Sunday. Extremely impressed and will recommend this place of business to anyone who needs good service
