Won an auction through this facility, called to try to make an appointment to pick my unit up, no answer from staff no call back. Showed up the next morning during business hours and nobody was on site. Called multiple numbers with no luck of reaching anybody. Customer service was little to no help. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Very unprofessional

Staff rarely available to answer the phone during office hours, never present at the actual facility. Storage unit rates increase by 33% every 6 months. They also force you to get their overpriced insurance which also increases rates every 6 months. Complete rip off.

Had a storage unit for 5 months an I get a email saying they are charging more money I pay 266 which is already high for storage now they want 334 a month this will be my last months with these scam artist I paid my bill on time every month an tried to contact management no response at all u talk to a machine won't waste Another penny here

They raise rent by over $100/month with no valid reason other than they can and refuse to assist. Offered me to move to another unit, same size as current unit as opposed to just helping me. Bad business practices.

I left a review at rdderow but I feel the need to leave a review over at fellowship as well because chey works that property too, she is so sweet and such a hard worker. Even with rude customers in her face I have personally seen her handle tough situations so we'll. She is fantastic, definitely worth storing here, strictly because of her.
This storage unit had excellent service. The property manager Cheyenne was so helpful and nice. All of the units she showed me were very clean and well kept, and the renting process was quick and easy. Cheyenne and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Office staff is fantastic ! Super friendly ! The facility is clean and needs are met at the door. Unfortunately I no longer need storage but the staff really made the experience a breeze! I will definitely be coming back when I need to store.
