Nicole has been working at Public Storage in Maple Shade for many years. I truly appreciate the fact that she is dedicated to the company and the Maple Shade locations. I have had numerous units with PS, currently renting one on Rudderow Ave, Maple Shade. I have also won several storage auctions at the Maple Shade facilities. Nicole makes any and all transactions easy and stress free. Nicole is an asset to the company and Maple Shade is very lucky to have her overseeing the properties.

NOT SECURE!!!! Their units are literally falling apart and anyone could easily steal ALL of your stuff by pulling the wall out. ALL of the outdoor units like this can be accessed by anyone because the hallway doors are NOT locked. They can just walk inside, pull the wall off and take everything. They could even go from one unit into another because the walls are so flimsy. If I pushed on the wall it would've easily snapped in half, some of them already had huge cracks. Even the beams that the walls were supposed to be attached to were falling off.
It always helps to ask questions! Angel was terrific, very friendly and informative! 8 outta 8 would store here again!

Angel was a big help. Had a lot of questions about storage and what they offer and he took his time and gave me all the info I needed. Although prices were kind of high I think overall they are the better option. Inflation is crazy everywhere so I already figured it would be a good amount to rent, but you can’t beat good customer service. Thank you angel for being patient and understanding.

Yo P. Etienne why don't you get a job with the better business bureau if you're so concerned with the public and where they rent! Don't worry about us. We can make our own decisions. I am very happy renting at RT38 PS and the manager Nicole has been nothing but terrific.
Nicole is a GREAT manager! She is taking over a property that was struggling and I appreciate ALL of her dedication and hard work. SHE is an HONEST and very knowledgeable employee. Dealing with the public can be very difficult but she handles it well. I am staying here because of Nicole.
I take my google reviews seriously as I depend on the google community for many decisions - this facility is fine as long as you draw the lucky straw and get a decent storage unit - I always leave constructive reviews on even the bleakest of businesses - the way my storage unit was maintained combined, with the manner my issue was dealt with, borderlines on criminal - I enthusiastically sell my PSA stock in addition to vacating my storage unit - enter this facility at your own risk - take my advice, if you have anything of value please think twice…..… ( for all the reviews mentioning Shannon - she is long gone) - the pictures below show a few of the storage facilities that were sold to me as being in perfect condition - as you can see - there was rain damage - vermin - as well as structural damage - terrible in every way - but as bad as it is - the service is even worse

Sorry to say that the Prices are so horrible. The Unit I had went up from 69.00 to 138.00 from June of 2022 to 2023. A 5x10 a small closet, ridiculous. And this is without their insurance too. I don’t know what is going on with this place. And I am sorry to hear that Sharon has been given the boot for running a facility really dam good for 7 years. I still can’t believe how they can over price me. My Daughter has a unit bigger than mine and was paying less than me. I still don’t know why I was paying to dam much. Public Storage you can keep your Closet.

I have been renting a unit at this site for many years for business and personal use. The facility is always clean, well kept and updated and the property manager, Shannon has always gone above and beyond her responsibilities. Just the other day, my son and I were at our unit cleaning and organizing and she was assisting another customer making sure the unit was clean, equipped with a light bulb and proceeded to sweep the entire area in front of the unit after she noticed a screw. She has always been personable and more than helpful with any and all concerns. I am in customer service and you have an asset in Shannon.

I needed a larger unit at a different location and was on the phn literally for over an hr calling multiple numbers getting automation & then finally a cpl of humans! I was nvr happier to hear human beings on the other end of a phn call! Well, I still needed to go & interact in-person with someone. Tag! Miss Shannon is IT! She suggested a much larger unit that was on a special sale price that ended up saving me over $100! So instead of paying for 2 units, I now have an affordable LARGER unit! I am so HAPPY bcz I needed to get a unit ASAP so I cld take my truck rental back in time!

She showed and explain to me in great detail how to stack and wrap my items as well as went into the unit and showed how to place my belongings. My mindset was only climate control units, she made me realize storing in climate control or not they all have their pros and cons. I saw so many people come and go she knew everyone by name and so friendly. I just wanna say Shannon is one hard worker girl. I am the gentleman who cleaned the whole back of the dealership and i do not store I just work on dealership side. She is very consistent with getting things done and once she gets it in her head from what I observe she is savage. She don’t ever stop and when she starts she has to finish . I speak to her when she in the golf cart so friendly and very intelligent. I just want to say I hope all likes the work I did and And the extra help she provided when able. She is a great worker and I highly appreciate her. Will recommend this facility to anyone looking. Finally, both sides look good.

Shannon was great and went over and beyond got my account paid that was old and needed to rent and got me squared away and she is so fast and helped me put the app on phone for easy access IDK why other property never told me or asked me to get this great thing. She is just amazing
