John at the edison,public storage was able to help us out with our unit I recommend speaking to him for anything you need.

Very friendly and helpful desk attendant, John, was eager to answer any of my questions and show me multiple units so I could find the one I needed as well as explain to me how I could secure the best prices. Overall very pleasant 1st experience

I am impressed with the service I received today from a property manager named Raffiella who had the iniative to call me while I was reserving a storage space at Public Storage. Her on the ball and intelligent service was a blessing to me during a multiple taking effort that i was performing. Thank you.

Kade had great customer service very helpful

I have couple of units in this location. Things got a lot better after John has come in as the manager. He is very proactive and responsive. When I pointed out the rusted handles of the shutter he immediately took note and when a shutter broken down, he was quick to look into it and fix it. I would definitely recommend this location based on his performance.

Ricardo helped set me up with a 5x5 unit. He was super friendly and helpful. I’d never used any kind of public storage before and he walked me through it without being condescending at all. I felt safe at the location and comfortable with the security and procedures as they were explained to me. Ricardo explained everything to me clearly and made sure to ask if I had questions. He answered them succinctly and put me at ease about the process.

The gate opening app makes me feel comfortable keeping my stuff here. Indoor units are available which is nice.

Shannon helped me out a lot. I am very thankful she was here.

My aunt just finished renting here today and it was a solid 3 months. Manager on site names Kenny was always friendly each and every we saw him.

Dirty over prices, gate access is limited. Moved from a 10×20 at public to another storage facility 10x30 and got the new one for $100 less.

Looking to do some spring cleaning and organizing and I went to Public Storage for some supplies. Melinda was a great help in her recommendations. Very polite, honest and helpful. I'm grateful good customer service still exists!

Just wanted to thank Donna & Jillian for a very pleasant and professional experience with getting signed up for my new rental today. After my rates drastically went up with Extra Space Storage, these lovely ladies got me into the same square footage for over 50 percent less than what I was being charged! They were extremely friendly and patient with me while I asked many questions just to make sure I was understanding everything before signing my paperwork. I appreciate you both and thanks for all your help.

There’s a new manager who started maybe 2 months ago… and it’s been the BEST change to this location! She is wonderful and keeps the place clean and well ran. So polite, and super nice that I never hesitate to stop in and say hello before I go get stuff out of my unit 🤘🏼

Overhead gate in front of elevator they have it on a lockdown because of the dirt and debris and the wind blowing stuff in there so you pay for storage to begin with outrageous prices and you have to squeeze everything through it dirty challenge door opening has a hump 4 in that makes it very difficult for you to push the cart into that doorway I'm surprised nobody's ever fallen because this is a trip hazard you're supposed to have easy transition when you're rolling a cart I haven't to pick it up with all your boxes I was never told this I was never shown this but it's too late I have no choice since I have to move and I need a place for my things until I find a place never again shall I run from this place

Beware, if you don't move out at the end of the month and the new month starts, whether its the first or second day of the month, you will be charged a full month's fee. Also, all of my furniture has mold on it. So I lost big time using this storage facility. It is also priced pretty high. Do your homework and try to find another way.

So I had a reservation for a10x15. The night before they confirmed my reservation. And when I came in the next day. The training girl didn't know I had my reservation. And sold my unit to some one else.... So public storage upgraded me!!!! 10x20. Locked in at the same price as the 10x15. And I had the $1. For first month coupon. And even tho that unit usually doesn't allow that coupon the system picked it up and transferred with ease to the 20. I also really appreciate the light and light switch inside the unit. Only down fall is gates close at 9pm.... (I'm a night owl)

Excellent service quick and easy

I’ve been a customer at this location for several years and have always been treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. During the pandemic when things got really tough for me, Public Storage and their site employees worked with me to help me secure my belongings, time and time again. It’s been a difference maker for me and I’m impressed because lots of businesses don’t extend many courtesies anymore. During one of my recent transaction’s with the Edison location, Nicholas provided me with my best experience with Public Storage to date! If it were possible for me to nominate him for employee of the year - he’d get the award! If I could award 10 stars Nicholas would get 10 plus(stars)!🌟 Nicholas, Khalid and a few others are the best part of dealing with and what makes Public Storage a leader in the ‘storage game’! I am a forever grateful customer and wouldn’t hesitate to use Public Storage again in the future. Thank you Public Storage @ Edison for providing excellent customer service. Respectfully, Renée B.
