My Unit was damaged in a recent fire. Getting answers from 230 miles away was difficult and nearly impossible. One would expect an apology letter and refund of that month's rent. Stuff from my unit was tossed away. No chance to retrieve it or take photos. Some of it was my brother's Marine records, dog tags, awards, commendations, and service ribbons. He was so proud of his service. Semper Fi.

Really like this storage facility location easy to get to off the highway, its very clean and well kept. But the main reason I like it is the manager John he is always available to answer questions, works very hard and makes me feel comfortable knowing he running the show were my things are stored. I'm on the Board of Directors for a small non-profit organization that uses the Eatontown Public Storage facility. We've been there for years. The facility is clean and has been recently painted and had the asphalt resurfaced.
John, who seems to be in the office almost every time I visit, is always friendly and helpful whenever I have a concern. A couple of months ago another tenant left a mess in front of our unit and John came out with a broom and dustpan right away to clean it up. I've also noticed that he's always respectful and knowledgeable when people come in with questions. I have recommended Public Storage to others.
I had never stored a car for the winter. I had several questions prior to dropping my car off and John was extremely helpful. He was patient and thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. He even drove me around the lot to pick the storage that would best suit my needs. Highly recommend!

These people are despicable! They hired a pirate painting contractor to puke Lead particulate on everything and everyone there at 341 Hwy 35 N!
They were supposed to hire a trained Lead Abatement certified contractor, but instead contaminated the entire facility with Lead particulate dust! Please review my FB videos from June 15-20th Bob Garaffa
