I've had a storage unit here for over 2 years and I went through water damage swapping units and all. I must say Amy the property manager is one of the best! Even with losing thousands of dollars worth of items I stayed simply because of her kindness, helpfulness and follow through! Thank you Amy you're the best!

I have a disabled child and we were experiencing a death in the family when I was try to move out of my unit.
The staff were compassionate and very accommodating with the delivery nd removal of moving cubes.

Great place to save your belongings
Property manager was SUPER nice, helpful and knowledgeable for my elderly parents. Good security, good promos, clean units, options. If it was little closer to my parent's new apt, they would have taken it in a heartbeat but the manager here went above and beyond to even call ahead to hold and make appts for my parents to check out two other facilities which really helped as my parents were in a pinch and needed to move ASAP. Thank you for your personal touch and patience!!

I discontinued my rental on my 10x20 unit after three years. This week I received an email saying my monthly payment would be increased by $54 a month dollars that's totally unbelievable!!!!
