The fee to keep your Storage there is too expensive now. The company could have done a little more to be able to open the Storage since we wanted to take everything out of the storage.
I just finished getting my unit. So far it has been a great experience, because Wendi made it that way:) She let me take my time and look at a few units till I found the one that fit my needs. I look forward to doing business together!!

My experience with this company has gone downhill the last several years. 1 major issue, not the only one, but a major issue would be the surprise price increases, never notifying about an increase, no breaks for loyal customers, with the increases the value of what they offer is decreasing greatly, customer service is robotic, and now my facility is run by a guy on a kiosk over webcam. For this reason, I am in the process of transferring my units and my family's units to a different facility that has no ties to public storage.

I was sold a Manager Special Storage unit to clear out at this facility 99.999 percent of the merchandise was garbage Drove 35 minutes away to give this company almost $200 with no Refund and drove 35 minutes back home - Storage Auction buyers beware of this company they stage units and off load trash on the buyers " Another Greedy real estate investment trust only caring about there property to cut costs!!!
Instead of paying there employees to clean up and throw out garbage on the property they will auction you garbage from previous tenants of the facility not only at this facility but most Public Storage Unit Facility's in the New Jersey Surrounding Area's .
90% percent of public storages income is to the investors... It explains why they have to use shady business tactics to stay in business to please the investors --- Good luck working for this Company
The female that assisted in switching over from a smaller unit to a somewhat larger unit was very very helpful and informative.

Wendi couldn’t have been more helpful. Got me signed up and moved in quickly and without issues. Office is clean and bright, and the unit I moved into was clean and ready.
Great place if you need to store things and just don’t have room in your house! Nice staff — very pleasant & helpful. Would have done 5 stars but - it is pricey — and wish they had some garbage receptacles. They don’t want to collect your garbage if you’re cleaning out a unit — so don’t expect dumpsters but still… no garbage cans for even small things!

The only problem I have is the price going up double.since I've first rented here and see same unit sizes as mine on their site for MUCH MORE LESS than I am paying.yet tell me they can't adjust MY price??? 🤔 I don't get it. Don’t book a storage unit here. Their prior manager was great. This manager, Wendy, isn’t. Our units cost us much more than they cost to rent now. They won’t adjust the price.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the facility location with easy access to the parkway and main roads.
I needed a climate-controlled space, and Public Storage on Burnt Tavern Rd. in Brick had a 10x15 ft unit that was right for me. The online rental was seamless and easy. Before move-in day, Kim from the local office left me a voicemail in case I had questions. I used the Public Storage app on my phone to open the gate. My space was clean and ready, and a flat cart was available to haul my belongings. Since move-in, I've returned with more things and used the website to update details such as authorized users and insurance coverage. Robert from the local office called to check if I needed anything and to answer any questions. So far, everything is fine, and I'm happy I rented space here.

I was happy with the great rate provided to me upon move in and the facility is nice and clean, and although the contract says that rates can go up time to time with 30 days notice, it is unacceptable to raise my rate after less than 6 months of use, by over $100 or 25%. This is terrible business, especially since I can’t easily move out of a 10x30 unit to a more honest storage company. Units at the same location are renting for $200 less, so this is just plain taking advantage of customers. The customer service team is impossible to deal with, no accountability, no offer for a solution. The staff on site is very helpful but their hands are tied by corporate even if they wanted to help with the rates, they can’t. This is a very bad way to conduct business. This is the last time I will be using Public Storage and highly recommend others to stay away.
Showed up this morning to a totally dark inside unit due to a downed utility line. Met one of the managers outside the unit, Kathleen, who called Chris in the manager’s office, explaining my predicament and to see if they had another unit I could transfer to without having to jump through hoops. Chris was able to find a 10x20 and gave it to me at the same cost of the 10x15. Out of pocket cost for the transfer?? $1.07 for a state tax transfer 😂 Couldn’t have been happier thanks to Kathleen and Chris at Public Storage, Burnt Tavern Rd Brick NJ woohoo!!

I had a very positive experience here over the few months I stored my stuff. The staff(Wendy)was very helpful moving in and moving out. The entire facility is updated with digital gate entry and was generally very well kept. No leaking or flooding at my unit throughout the rainy months and no vandalism noted.
Compared to other storage centers in the immediate area, I found this place to be much safer, well kept and easy to deal with. I have dealt with nightmares at other spots but overall this Public Storage was a very positive experience.

I went to another location to pay my bill. My actual storage location is under renovation. I gave 4 stars because all storage units are incredibly over-priced. Don't ever forget THAT. If you can avoid storage, do so. Various Public Storage locations vary in appearance. My interactions with the staff have always been pleasant and the women have been kind. And they do not set the exorbitant prices at all storage units, so why take it out on them?

I went to this location to find out about the size units and pricing, as I had just moved to a smaller house and don't have the room in my new home for everything. I wasn't sure what size would be best for everything that I needed to store, and didn't want to have to pay for more than what I needed. The manager over there, Liz, was PHENOMENAL!!! She told me what she had available and explained the pricing of everything, and when I still wasn't sure which size to choose, she showed me a couple empty units so I had a better idea of what to get. Although I left without purchasing a unit because I only walked in to get information, I will be coming back to this location within the week to purchase one. THANK YOU, LIZ, FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!!! I received exceptional customer service and was very pleased with my experience!
