Very helpful, caring staff.
The facility is clean, neat and well laid out. My only complaint is that the app to open the front gate was not functioning properly. I called and was told it's an ongoing issue if the power goes out and that IT would be notified.

Twice I was there before 9 am at 925 brick. Was unable to get into my inside storage as door was locked. Hours posted are 6am.
Good storage place, safe. Only thing is like everywhere else they raise the rent fee every year.
Overall, the place is clean and convenient. My issue is with the pricing. What started out as a $208 unit 18 months ago, is now $327 a month. I do understand they tell you when you sign that the rates 'fluctuate'. I have not seen any fluctuation, just increasing. The same size units that I rent, for new customers are $109. The solution I received was to go in, rent a different unit of the same size, and actually move all of my things into that other unit so I can get the lower price. And no, they won't just price match or give a loyal customer discount. The monthly rental increases are not worth renting with this company.
RECENTLY HAD A DISCUSSION WITH KIM OF THIS FACILITY REGARDING A BILLING ISSUE. KIM WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND RESOLVED THE ISSUE TO MY SATISFACTION.
A very helpful employee named Chris helped me with using the kiosk at location 925 Rt 70 Brick, NJ. I was able to connect online to secure a bigger storage unit.
Both he and the gal online were very patient and helpful. Much appreciated!!

This storage place is always clean and always has carts available. Never an issue even though it doesn’t have someone there working at all times.
Rosa was professional and polite in registering me into my new unit. She went above and beyond for me, made a call to the main office for me without asking
EDIT: They raised the rate by $65 after 6 months without warning. Lightning strike on the route 88 gate has not been fixed since September. The gate was left open for over a week so anyone could enter/exit the facility. The gate still does not function

Great no contact experience.
I have been a customer with Public Storage for about 2 years now. I have delt with the periodic rent increases as I understand they are necessary from a business prospective. During business hours, I was denied exiting the premises 2 separate times. This resulted in hours of hold time with their lack luster customer service team. I was told multiple times that I would have to either call the police to have them call so "they know I am serious" per one of their stellar customer service representatives, or I would have to abandon my vehicle and use the pedestrian exit. Not only is this extremely unprofessional, it is downright rude to a loyal customer. I spoke with a representative earlier this week when I most recently was denied exiting the premises as it was 9:15pm and they closed at 9pm. I understand not letting someone in, but denying them exiting? It is literally trapping you inside the gated premises. I was eventually granted exit after being trapped for almost 2 hours this time and I let the supervisor know that would be my last month renting there. She let me know that they should be able to cover a month rent payment for the inconvenience, which was the contingency of me staying. My auto pay was switched off last month. I looked at my account and the autopay was switched back on and they charged me for the month I was told would be covered! I immediately called in trying to rectify the situation to be told they can not cover a month now and "they are not alowed to say that". I reminded him that the calls should be recorded if he would like to hear it being lied about to me over their phone. I will be retaining legal counsel if this situation can't be rectified on a customer service level. What a shame that ANYONE would have to deal with such incompetence from a nationwide company. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
Had a storage unit with them for over 10 years every year price just went up and up. The staff that was there were always helpful and polite Not a bad thing to say about them. But when I went there five days ago to close out my account cause they raised it so high it was ridiculous there was no staff on site anymore and no restroom to use it looked dingy and run 👎 down.
I'm a business and don't have to pay taxes but they still can get that right also the price on the internet is different than the price I'm paying.
Talk to several different people all the way up to top management said they take care of it will call me back no one called
