I would rent from the facility again. Not only do they keep the interior and exterior of the property immensely clean, but I feel that the staff takes pride in their ability and willingness to assist. I had the pleasure of meeting Linda!, Not only did she answer all of my questions ( and I had many) with a very friendly smile, but she had patiently held the door for me when I was trying to navigate the trolley cart without me even having to ask. If you choose to rent at this location you will not be disappointed.
Been here twice talked to both Tricia and Linda both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can say enough positive things about them.

I started renting a unit at $140 and I have been with Public Storage now for 2 years and they have gone up on my rent like 5 different times now. I am currently paying, for the same exact unit, $275 total after insurance and taxes!! That is per month people. That is quite the difference from 2 years ago wouldn't you say? The only reason I haven't gone somewhere else is because I would have to rent a uHaul and move my entire 5x10 unit. Don't rent here unless you like to get ripped off.
Great facility. Obviously very well managed. spotless and convenient. Met Tricia, property supervisor. Couldn't be nicer. Knows her business like no one else. Very customer service oriented and fun at the same time. Plan on being a renter here for a long time!!!!!!!!!!!
Tricia is AMAZING!! So helpful, she walked me all around and showed me the ropes. After I moved out, she did a lock check and realized that I didn’t fully secure my unit and I got an email listen 24 hours after I moved in, so I immediately showed up and she guided me through how best to secure it. Moving can be so stressful and she certainly made this a whole lot easier! Such a, happy face to see in the halls. Would highly recommend this location, the cleanliness and the ease.
Doing a cross country move includes a lot of moving parts and tons of logistics. Tricia, at Public Storage in Seabrook, went so far above and beyond to help this aspect of our move to be easy and pain free. We are so grateful for all of the time and effort she put into helping us navigate a tricky and confusing system.
We had a bit of a complicated move and obtaining storage space that also allowed us to have a pod delivered near our unit was made possible by Trisha who went WAYYYY out of her way to help both me and my wife. She simply could not have been more helpful or pleasant to work with.
That said, the toll free overseas support team is the exact opposite.
Tricia was so accommodating by showing me 3 unit sizes. Then because I erroneously selected an outside unit she kindly changed my choice to a climate controlled inside unit with a great selection of choices!! I highly recommend Public Storage.

Beware of EXTREME price/rate hikes!! The longer you stay, the bigger the hike!! I'm paying almost $100 MORE per month than when I started! They like to raise the price in $40 (average) increments every 6 months or so (average). I complained twice, but only got it down a little less. If I didn't, I would be paying $213 for a 10' x 10' !! The worst part is they have another unit, same size, same type for $101 per month "on sale" (and the regular price is $134). Why the heck would I be expected to pay almost double the price in the same building???!!

My mom and I were looking for a reasonably priced and clean place to store my belongings for when I went to college. We found this public storage and the woman in the office, Trisha in Seabrook was very helpful. She walked us through the unit options and prices. She was able to find the perfect fit for us.
When it came time to move our stuff in Trish was very helpful and provided some good storage tips.
We were very impressed with the staff and overall cleanliness of the entire facility.

I have been renting a space for 2 yrs. And never had any problems, great staff, and the facility is alway very clean i completely trust in this company to keep my stuff safe at reasonable prices. Trisha was a great help when it came to upgrading to a bigger unit made the move easy and cheap i highly recommend her services.

We had a storage unit here for a year but, recently moved too far from the unit and had to close it out. It was perfect, we never had a problem with pests, bugs, or water. Tom in the Seabrook NH location was especially helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this facility to anyone.

It all depends on who you get, the first unit I rented I went to pay for my unit and nobody was there doors were locked up tight and the sign said open from 9:30am to 6:00pm and there wasn't a sole in sight. I tried the next day and the same thing. The third day I finally saw somebody inside but the door was locked because she was on the phone. After waiting 20 minutes outside I
finally got things straightened away and was on my way. I had to rent another storage space and it was a breeze I give a thumbs up to Tom he helped with everything and got me taken care of within minutes. Thank you Tom for all of your help I deeply appreciate it.

I would love to give 2 ratings. One for the place itself and the other for Linda, who helped me multiple times while there.
First, the place itself. Overall it’s clean and fine. The issues I had was when I first booked my 10x10 online to “hold” it, they never did! I ended up getting one but it was inside and I wanted to drive up to it.
Next, after about 6 months they raise the price! Mine went up about $45/month. If that happens to you, close yours and get a new one there for the cheaper price ( if possible and convenient). If you book via the internet you should call and maybe put a deposit.

Rented from here and was extremely impressed! The man working at the front (Kody) was extremely helpful! He walked me through everything after I told him I had never rented a unit. He even carried a few of my belongings part way to my locker after a few of my boxes fell off the dolly. What a pleasant surprise. He is a great asset to this place! Very happy with my experience here.
