I have used Public Storage on West Hollis St for over 18 mo at the end of this timeframe I met Vivian new property mgr for this location. She is such a professional ! She was so helpful to me and so courteous and kind. It turned out I needed a smaller unit once I moved out of the larger one. I might have moved to another company if not for Vivian and her willingness to help me find what I needed. The process was easy and such a pleasant experience . She keeps the facility immaculate and always available for any questions. A rare find to work with an individual with integrity and so willing to go the extra mile to ensure her customers are happy!!! You’re the best Vivian!!

Rented a unit at this location for the first time the property manager Vivian helped me ease my thoughts by helping me with the leasing she showed me around and I was stunned how clean and secured this location is I'm very happy I chose this location thank you Vivian for all your help she is a great asset to the company great customer service and very genuine

So I love the space but the billing is a little strange. I just rented the place a monday and it cost me 250 for the month. They sent me an invoice today for 140 more??? In less than a week... I'm gonna have to call because honestly that makes zero sense. Other than that the place is clean, secure and perfectly maintained. I like that it is private. It's climate controlled so there is no heat or electricity but the pros outweigh the cons... But they don't outweigh the price...

Vivian is great, explained everything. You'll be in good hands here! Several months later: VIVIAN is the most helpful and polite customer service person I have ever had the benefit of interacting with. She goes the extra mile every time, to help! So glad to have found this place. Wow!

I came in for a small unit-- I was greeted and treated as if I was spending thousands of dollars. My needs where met with by asking me the proper questions and I was made to feel as a wanted patron. I can't recall the last time I was treated with excellent customer service. The manager at this location is a KEEPER!!

I had misplaced my card with my gate code and while I was sitting my van Vivian, the manager was walking back to the office after assisting another customer and asked if I needed help. I said I misplaced my card with my gate code and was trying to login to my account on the website to look it up. She quickly got me a new card and then helped me download the Public Storage app and pointed out the Bluetooth feature for the gate. I'm a senior citizen and even though I work with cutting edge web based systems I often forget that as the younger generations say, there's an app for that. Vivian was wonderful and her warm friendly helpful manner took the edge off of a rough day and made me feel calm. She's the best!

I have been using storage units for years now and I have never encountered a Property Manager as caring, helpful, approachable, polite and who always maintain a smile in her face like Vivian! All my encounters with Vivian have been truly pleasant and very positive! I have spent lots of time working on my unit recently and Vivian has gone out of her way to help me be more organized and make my stay more comfortable. The facility is well kept and maintain very clean! Vivian takes such a good care of the units and property and goes out of her way to help others in the most gracious manner! I want to give a big shout out to Vivian who does any amazing job at this place. She is polite, kind hearted and extremely helpful. She keeps this place spotless, works very hard inside and outside. I was downsizing my storage unit to a smaller unit and I had a bit of a mishap( smelled like mothballs from previous unit rental). I didn’t think much about it, until I took home my vacuum. Well I went to open my closet where I stored the vac and all I could smell was mothballs 🤭, it was overwhelming. Ugh I notified Vivian and she was very instrumental in fixing my situation. She went above and beyond with management until we met an agreement and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Vivian you are amazing!

I’ve used Public Storage for sometime and I never had a site manager give me the professional service and attention to detail that Vivian provided. I called the site and she discussed my problem and she suggested that I visit the site and to help resolve some issues. Vivian’s bright personality made me feel like some cared. My congratulations to Public Storage on hiring employees like her who truly understand Customer Service. The facility is very well maintained and in fact she was in the process of cleaning when I arrived. I think she goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role. Needless to say (but I will) she comes with my highest recommendation.

Public storage would be better if they stopped going up on the rates of units every few months. I started with a 10×10 I was paying 125 to start now it's 3yrs later and the amount of that unit was 300$ so I moved my stuff to a smaller unit just a few months ago the rate was 85$ including insurance now that unit has gone up to 110 and now they want 50$ for some new lock they want to put on incase you don't pay your unit this month just craziness. I can guarantee by next month they will be going up on my unit again and I'm just gonna have to move to another storage facility.

Went in today to get a storage space and I had the pleasure to meet Vivian whom showed me the unit that was clean and well lit she also told me about the promotions that I can get when I rent the space which was an extremely great prices . I'm happy that I was able to get the storage space for a great deal will definitely recommend to anyone public storage is the place you would love to have to store your items for a great price

BUYERS BEWARE . I recommend you never use this company unless you want to eventually spend 400 a month for storage because they are scamming POS and they will keep raising the price and extra charges to make the most amount of money possible off you . You’ll see if choose this scam storage company . The owners of this storage belong in hell with the rest of their pathetic family.

Clean, well-lit, & climate controlled!

I hope to draw the attention of the PUBLIC STORAGE management to this. We won an auction here a week ago, firstly they deceived us about the payment and did not give us any papers or receipts that they received the money, secondly the container was different from what is shown in the photo (fake unit), thirdly they did not let us check the number the sealed container seal and the paper were not given with a seal. We informed the manager Stefani about this, she said that she would see the cameras if we did not take anything from the container, she would return to us the entire amount that we paid the next day (we did not take anything from there). The next day we called her all day and she didn’t answer, we left her a message and text messages but still no answer, and when we asked the employee to call her, she immediately answered his ringing call, then we tried to contact the silver manager, his name is Andy, at the beginning he, too, did not answer calls, after a couple of hours he called himself and very rudely and disrespectfully communicated with us, now it’s been a while since no one calling us about the footage's or when they will refund us. I do not advise you to go that store or play here and in general I do not want you to get involved with these guys. I hope that the PUBLIC STORAGE management will understand me correctly and take action in favor of consumers and return our money to us.

I have rented from this location since 2019. I had a 5x10 which in the beginning was $56 if I recall. Today it’s $134. Not too shabby considering most places will charge you 20% - 50% more upon the first 5 months. Public storage did not do that. Granted bulk of the increases came in 2021 so I’m assuming they halted that because of covid. The positives about this place is that it’s very well lit, always clean. And the gates were recently updated for added security upon exit. Maybe someday I’ll come back because Public Storage and this facility in general has always been good to me!

Lisa was fantastic. Answered all our questions, got us set up immediately, and has a great sense of humor. She also called to let us know we didn't quite get the lock on properly, so she's actually actively monitoring the property for issues!

do not use this place. Very poor customer service, at the end of the day it is just an aluminum box so rent from anyone else.

I would leave a 0 star if possible. Ordered an outside drive up unit and was given an inside unit. Told when I called to cancel that I would be charged the $30 admin fee if I cancel even though their website states the information incorrect. Do not use this place, their customer service is trash and their website is false. Use storage sense in Nashua instead, they have great customer service and they give you what they promise.

It is a clean and secure facility. The manager is extremely helpful and knowledgable, and very friendly.

I've rented a storage unit for a few years and the fee has almost tripled in price. The threshold coming into the building needs to be repaired. It's very obvious and it makes bringing stuff in and out extremely difficult! I don't think they plan on doing anything about that because it's been well over a year. Other than the giant price increases and risking having your stuff fall all over the ground getting in the door, the building is clean, secured and climate controlled.

Lisa is absolutely the best! She’s very accommodating, understanding and means business ! My husband and I got the chance to speak with this lovely lady and work out a plan that worked best for my husband and I during our move in. She’s our saving grace, I would recommend renting out a space here because if you know people like I do, she’s a great woman who cares about her customers and their belongings! You can just tell by her voice, demeanor, intelligence, wise words that YOU are safe, your belongings are safe, you’re in good hands as well as what you have in your own individual space. Coming from the bottom of my heart, best place my husband and I could go to. Thank you!

I used this Public Storage for about 4 mon, it was very convinced with easy gates entry and existing. With not long time commitment, plenty of carts to uhul up and down.

Clean, mostly, avoid the bathrooms, they are wretched. Conveniently located. One interaction with staff was courteous. My issues are with the entrance to the main building, where the asphalt has settled over time, and the galvanized steel toe plate is dented, so it is not a smooth transition into the building. You have to lift any thing over that toe plate to enter, a cart, my fat tire dolly, all of them failed, making things massively inconvenient and puts your belongings at risk of falling off and being damaged. The other issue is the fact that they force a lock on you for $20, and due to moving 8 hours from Maryland, I wasn't able to visit during business hours until nearly 20 days in, at which point I was past some mystery date of turning in that lock, so that was a forced expense I didn't need. The app sends constant reminders "use the app to access the building." Coming from a residential building with Latch locks that work reliably, the Public Storage App is garbage, just use your code. It crashed multiple times, so I gave up attempting to use that feature. "Thanks for your feedback" blah blah blah doesn't return my money for the unnecessary lock.
