I have nothing but good things to say about Demi property manager here, she's very knowledgeable, always helpful with any of your needs regardless of what it is if you can't help you she'll point you in the right direction, unfortunately I cannot say the same for corporate do they raise my rent 75 dollars and one month and being a disabled veteran that is something I'm going to have to work on as far as putting it into my budget and they refused to help me in any way, but once again the property manager Demi is a number one on my list.

Demi has been wonderful. She always checks on me and my unit and this is very much appreciated. Being a Domestic Assault Survivor, I have cherished that she cares and makes sure that I feel secure enough while on the property. She has gone above and beyond and I am very pleased by all the help she has given. Demi is definitely an incredible employee for your company! Linda had also been a wonderful person to have on the property. She too makes sure everything is okay and monitors my unit as well. She has made sure everything is intact and that I am okay as well. Another great employee for your company.

Demi was super helpful and friendly. She helped relieve some of the stress out of a sudden move by making my entire experience at Public Storage quick, easy, and painless. Whenever I stop by my unit, Demi is always there with a wave, smile, and an offer to help if it's needed. I definitely recommend this Public Storage location to anyone that needs one. Never let Demi leave! She's a true asset to the company.

I have been renting at Public Storage in Manchester for a couple of years. The girls that work there, Demi and Linda, are wonderful. They are always friendly and so helpful. They keep the grounds very clean. I highly recommend if you need storage go visit Demi and Linda

Been to 4 storage facilities and this is by far the best! Demi and the other linda who work here are the best! They make sure you come here and it's safe and clean and prepped for your things before you arrive! They are Ultra helpful and because of them this place has a feel like family is taking care of you. Place is clean and units are well kept! And maintained constantly! I Just don't like how every 6 months your rates go up! If this is a big problem for you they try to work with you to find a middle ground to keep you as a customer! Been here a year now and the only thing that will make me leave here is if it gets too expensive! I'd rather down size and throw out some of my things to get a smaller space and save money so I don't have to go someplace els if I can help it! I love it here!

Demi is a wonderful manager. She makes your storage experience go as smooth as possible. She is always so polite and charming. She's always beeb available to me to answer any questions ive had and is always there to answer the phone and help you any way she can. If ypu miss her, dont worry she always calls you back right away! I've rented from her for 8 months so far this time around and still there! I would recommend her storage facility above all else! Great service, friendly staff, organized facility, app works great. All around great experience! 😄

Demi and Linda are amazing. They are both so friendly and helpful. And the place is always spotless.

My storage unit went from $107/month to $268/month in 3 years. Planned to empty storage unit at end of month so I could rent a truck. Got covid so I had to delay by 5 days. That put me at th 2nd of the month. Emptied unit but because it was 2 days into the month they are forcing me to pay for the entire month. I should have gone while I was quarantined with covid. There was more but i don't want to get into it here. Ps. My stuff from storage had so many mice that moved with my boxes. Now I have to deal with getting rid of the mice.

Great place to get storage. The customer rep was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful with finishing to set up storage for me. Great service.

I don't like that they increased the fees by a fairly large amount. They have now priced me out of their facility. Meaning that their price for my unit is no longer affordable. No discounts allowed. I guess that they need my unit rapidly.

Beware! Don’t go here!!! If I could rate a negative 10 I would - Horrible customer service -You cannot get a live person to tell you why The rent suddenly increases by $30/month??!! And if you do get someone they are rude and horrible to deal with & if they double bill you on auto pay they will not refund!! You’ll be sorry if you rent from these scum bags

My rental rate was increased by 29% and I posted a 1-star review. However I was contacted by someone who corrected the increase and set it back to where it was with a guarantee the rate won't increase for 3-6 months. The rate may fluctuate after that depending on the local real estate market, but at least now I understand that's possible. Not too often a company actually resolves a customer complaint after a review online, so I'm happy to recommend to others and appreciate the help and explanation. I'll make it a five star once rental rates stay locked in instead of changing, since my contract is to pay what is agreed, and I still feel as though when I pay that amount your contractual agreement should not be changed either. Contracts are supposed to resolve this, not change after a period of time. But thank you still for helping this, hopefully your corporate offices stop the rate changes before other customers find different places to store their belongings.

So, the staff there is amazing; I cannot stress this enough! But, Corporate is losing business because they raise rates constantly. They also keep your money even if you leave early, and their billing system is completely broken, causing fees that should never have been assessed. Totally a cesspit of a company!

I would like to share that the office lady Demi is outstanding and great.. Anytime I have ever had an issue she has been quick to try and help and solve the situation.

Everything at this point in time is going very well I have nothing but good things to say about public storage.

Price has went up and service has went down!!!! There never open on the weekend and agent is lazy, trash is all over the property with big holes in the Fence . Will be calling corporate on Monday and filling a formal complaint!!!

Please look somewhere else! Yes public storage may look nice, but they will rip you off! My rent cost is increasing again next month (June 2022)! It’s gone from 58$ to 100$ in a little under 2 years. This is only for a 5x10! Please don’t give public storage your money, try to find a more reputable storage company- even a locally owned one. You will be taken advantage of. Just like gasoline, groceries, vehicles, electronics, etc, public storage has jumped on the bandwagon of scalping folks and taking advantage of them in this time of inflation. Please do not use public storage!

My boyfriend and I each have a storage unit located at public storage in Manchester. Whenever I stop by to grab something from my unit, I'm always greeted by Demi who is an absolute sweetheart. When I bought the unit she went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal. I work for a rescue and just needed a small storage unit to store donations. She was very personable and made sure I was well taken care of and I always look forward to seeing her. Now a days, in some businesses I've noticed good customer service isn't always the first priority, but Demi makes sure to take the extra steps, and its the little things like that, that mean a lot and I take notice of. So I decided she deserves a shout out! (Maybe even a raise 😉😂 lol)

Demi is one of the best storage managers around. Demi makes sure you are taken care of and the property is clean and neat! Demi answers and questions you may have and is always polite and kind. I highly recommend public storage (specifically Demi’s store). :)
