The previous manager was horrible . I was charged late fees due to her not being in contact. She was suppose to fix my lock and it was never done. The unit leaks and I had request to move to another unit. She never followed up so clothes and some furniture was ruined . She wouldn’t return phones calls and left me locked into the gated area. Called the 800 number and they said a manager would get back to me . The call was never returned . The only good thing is the manager Sabrina was a big help in getting some of the things resolved . She was polite respectful and helpful .
I really didn't know what I was doing or needed ...the lady was more than 110% helpful with getting me started...and very affordable units I must add....

I had no trouble getting a unit, getting in touch with the office whenever I needed help/had a question, and when it was time to move out the manager was very helpful and flexible with me. I will say that the price was pretty high for my 10x10 unit ($110/mo). Beyond that, I had no issues using this Public Storage location!
