Had our stuff in storage for a year, arrived the other day to find the doors don't work (had to force them open), all of the carts are gone, rooms are filled with junk that people left, and nobody to help during normal business hours. On top of that we paid on time for the year and we're 2 weeks late on a our past scheduled payment and they scheduled an auction. In all fairness that is our fault. In my opinion, find a different company.

Decided to switch to a different storage facility and it is already a huge upgrade. Going from an outside junk unit at $90/month to an inside climate controlled unit for $40/month is amazing. Bev was very kind. She walked me around the building to find the unit and the quickest way to get there. Thank you so much

There was some confusion with my unit, the manager thinking it had been vacated. It had not. When I came to verify, she was very pleasant to work with and even reduced my monthly rent!

Convenient location and easy to access. The building is very clean and well maintained with the exception of the security access doors. They've been broken for a few months now and anybody can walk in and out any time of the day. With what they charge for their service, they should get the doors fixed so that unwanted access doesn't happen. Anyone can walk in and have the run of the place with access to all the storage units since the doors don't lock.

DO NOT RENT A SPACE HERE!!! I rented a spot here and less than 10 days later they cancelled it with no explanation or reasoning. When I call, they don't answer. You get a call center that say that they can send an email to the property manager, and they might or might not get back to you (Yes that's what they told me). When I requested a refund, they also told me that they couldn't do that either because I didn't tell them I wanted to move out. When I explained that I didn't want to they said it was policy that they don't give out refunds if they don't get notice. They are cheap for a reason.

Bev and Alisha were great. Excellent customer service! I had some questions about billing and Alisha was able to resolve it quickly.

I do not recommend renting here. Initially, the staff is friendly as they try to earn your business, but once you secure the storage, things change. They raise the rent without any notice, and when you call, they claim they sent it by mail—yet, conveniently, every notification except the rent increase is available on the app. This place lacks transparency and is poorly managed.

The front door is never shut. Raise your price after a month. It's always a mess.

Since there was still no action from 2 weeks ago at the 72nd location we moved our stuff to 104th. So this location is just as bad. I have pictures from when I pulled up. Doors are BOTH wide open and the trash still hasn't been dumped from when I moved in. What is wrong with Public Storage? Pay your workers MORE so they stay. PLEASE!

I joined in November 2023. At that time, it was good. It went downhill within 10 months of my stay. There is never anyone in the office, its a miracle if I see one in there. There has been people waiting by the door on the phone. I assume they are trying to get ahold of someone. I feel for them because they probably expected to move in with their moving trucks and all but there's no one there to help them. There are spider webs around the corners of the hallway, living their best life. There's one I saw every day that had lots and lots of bugs caught in it. I wish they would just buy a shop vacuum and do a pass through the hallways at least once a week. It'd take 30 minutes. It started with the large dumpster being removed and they thought that would prevent ppl from throwing stuff away, it did not. So now, they have no dumpster just a trash area and people still leave their trash and it looks like the dump. It can be seen from the Harrison blvd street. I'm surprised code enforcement doesn't ticket them. There's trash on the drop off area. I've seen condoms, cat litter (that's now used for cigarettes right by the sliding doors in the rocks), trash. The main front sliding doors' cables are cut so now they don't close so there's no need for the code on the first door. The 2nd door to go to the first level also doesn't need a code because if you push on the knob just a little, it slides open automatically. There's no security for the first level technically. I'm afraid someone is going to be sleeping in there one of these days. There's no phone signal while in there, no one at the office, so that's scary. The carts started disappearing one by one, at the time of moving out, there are none left. I had to carry out 36 black and yellow boxes I had there, by hand (and I was towards the back). I believe ppl used them for heavy stuff and they have them in their lockers. There's no one at the front desk so anyone can do whatever they want. Overall, I'm concerned how fast it went downhill. It is not a secure place, no one is caring for the place, no one is making repairs, no one is enforcing rules.

I have a 5x5 unit and in the span of a year my rate doubled it’s unbelievable why the price would change by that much in just one year would not recommend this company they will raise rates on you for no reason other to make more money off you

A little on the pricy side but very clean and secure.

This place is a complete rip off. I have two units here. They are the same size and right across from each other. When I first got them about one year ago, the rent was around 235 and 250. I never understood why they were different, but whatever. After six months, they went up to around 335 and 350. Today I received postcards stating that they are going up again to 365 and 400. I will be moving all of my stuff out as soon as possible. Shady business practices.

Jacklyn..you know what I mean..I had originally call the storage in Honolulu, Hawaii to talk to them about money that was owed to me from the public storage company..and they contacted me in this matter..well the next day Jacklyn calls me and asked me what was going on that she was confused about the situation..I then explained where I'm currently located at in Las Vegas along with my situation..her response to me was not only rude..and impatient..but she sounded confused as well and also hung up on me..I tried to call her back to explain the situation and find out the reason for her rudeness but she didnt answer..so me that adds on unprofessional as well to that list..so as far as I'm concerned this public storage company sucks.. thank you so much for your time..it was nice talking to you..

They raised my rent with the only notification being snail mail in which I moved so I haven’t gotten it. Then when I called to inquire and complain about why my rent went up, they decided to cancel my unit WITHOUT telling me. I got an email later that day saying we’re sorry to see you go. Reporting them to the BBB as this is a consistent bad faith practice across many people Do not rent from here ever!

Locked in a registration on a Wednesday with 50% of sale. Could not get payment to go through. Was advised, by their customer service appointments were required to meet the staff at the Public Storage where my reservation was being held. Day came for me to move in and I still had not received a return call to set appointment to pay for unit. Called customer service again and was told to go to a different Public storage to pay. Did so and she couldn't get payment to go through and the company would not give a new location for the sale price reservation that had been locked. I decided to go to the location I was trying to rent from. Doors locked up. Nobody works there! I will NEVER use Public Storage and STRONGLY SUGGEST for nobody else to use them either! Horrid. Absolutely Horrid Customer Service!

They never answer the phone even when they are in the office

Don’t rent from this place. Starting off it was good, they had an app to open the doors and make payments and everything else with your account. Came in one day and the main sliding door was broke and off it’s track so anyone could walk in, it was like this for a while. Later on the elevators weren’t working and stopped on first floor, went back two more times over the course of 3 weeks and the elevators weren’t fixed yet so moving anything large in and out of your unit on second or third floor would be a massive pain. Only one person works here, and she could be a lot more polite. Also it looks like the facility never gets swept or cleaned at all, their is stuff all over the floor.

The staff is exceptional. The store can be overlooked because of their price points however great sales ease the "ticket price." The quality of what they selling is the missing factor of other retail stores that just sell disposable merchandise. This is the place to shop for items made the old fashion way..built to last.

Management is a mess. Took 2 and a half hours to get payment in and access. From gm to desk, seem like a chaotic disorganized mess.

Had my unit here for over a year. lots of space, easy access, free carts and tight security.

A joke deceptive business practices! I would rate them negative if possible! When I moved in I was told that my rent would not be raised on a regular basis and if it ever were increased it would not be more than $20 per month. Stupid me for not getting that in writing! 4months after I moved in, it was raised $17/mo. I contacted corporate and was told I needed to speak to my location. I called my location and was told it basically happened to everyone and was shrugged off. Now I was just notified my rent is being increased again by $29/mo!! That's a total increase of $46/mo in 14 months!! I have NEVER been late and in fact paid ahead by 2-3 months the whole time, my unit is clean and I even spray for bugs on my own! This is how you treat customers that do actually pay?? I hate to see how people who fall on hard times and may be late here or there are treated!!

Jackie, is amazing!! She went out of her way to walk me around and show me the units. She answered all my question and how everything operated. Very clean, carts by the doors, Secure access And overall amazing customer service.
