Advertised on line special pricing with 1 month free but when you try to put in your information, it won't take it and says call manager. I went to the office and showed person working the office and was told they would let a manager know about it and give me a call. Guess what, Noone called.

Don't just walk, RUN away from this place. They lure you in with a really great rate and then jack up the price over and over and over knowing that it's a hassle to move. And then when you do move out they turn off access before the end of the last day so you can't finish moving or cleaning. Place looks nice but there is never anybody there to actually provide service, no way to message, and the manager never actually answers his phone. Go just a little bit down the street where the manager is actually in the office five days a week -- for less money.

They are raising their prices AGAIN, yet the facilities are in worse condition than when I first started renting. A bunch of thieves, look elsewhere!!

Horrible place, water leaked in the storage unit and zero empathy was shown. Told us to keep stuff im totes... but how would you fit a couch in a tote? Kept adding his two cents during a difficult and unforeseen circumstance.

I wish I could rate lower. This place is TRASH! Gate always has issues, staff is incompetent and often nonexistent, and now they’re raising rent again but making no improvements to the property. TRASH!

If I could rate this lower I would. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I rented a unit and within a few months they were increasing my rate already to $50 more a month. Then it’s been nothing but issues with the gate. One day the power was completely out and couldn’t get on the elevator to get my things out so we had to leave. Called the property manager multiple times with emails and voicemails and never a reply back. Called the main number but get ready to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes to talk to someone who can’t help you and they’ll report it and try to get to the property manager. Now again the rate is going up another $40. So within a year my rate has almost doubled in price for a facility that may or may not be working. The gates are constantly broken and instead of opening when you get close you have to get out and type in your long number to get the exit gate to work. I’ve never had such issues and price jumps at a rental place ever. Save your time and effort and go somewhere where you can actually get ahold of a human to talk to when things do go wrong. Don’t waste your time and money at this place.

Would give a zero if I could. Customer service is terrible and never there or responsive. Customer service is basically non-existent. Super easy to setup and account an to get your business ($$$) but super complicated and difficult to eliminate your account or move units. Their IT system is Terrible and after weeks of calling without ever receiving an answer from an actual customer service representative and also weeks of visiting in person with no one ever on location, I still do not have a solution to my problem. I will never use this company again. I have moved with the military 18x using storage locations every time and this is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in 19 yrs.

UPDATE: Per the response below, I attempted to use your chat feature online. I told them I wanted a refund for never receiving the unit. I was told that "Per the rental agreement, we do not guarantee any sort of refund." They then refused to help me any further and disconnected the chat. My partner had called previously and was also told "No refunds." So we received no unit, got locked in, charged $51, and told to kick rocks by customer service. Original Review: This has been an absolute disaster and no one will answer our calls. We signed up for a storage unit and got the email saying it was ready on Monday. The instructions said the unit would be unlocked and our lock would be inside, no contact needed. We drove two car-fulls of our belongings two and a half hours to find our unit locked. When we called, we were told they would send someone out tomorrow, which doesn't help us. They then tried to upsell us to a bigger unit as a "solution." We said forget it, just cancel the unit. They said we would still be responsible for the $29 reservation fee (for the unit which was NOT properly reserved or unlocked for us). The lady on the phone apparently deactivated our code immediately, because we were then LOCKED INSIDE OF THE STORAGE FACILITY. We had to ask a stranger to let us out. Thank God somebody was there because public storage wouldn't return our calls. We tried making contact with someone in person - no one is at the facility. We now have a charge for $51 - the reservation fee and the lock fee, the lock which we were never provided. Since no one will answer us, we are disputing this through our credit card company. You failed to provide any kind of service and won't even speak with us.

My friend rents a unit here so I have only went there w him but I can say that the place is immaculate and efficient. The way that the building is set up is really smart. If I ever need a storage unit I will be renting one from Public Storage!

Raised the rent 3 times in less than 18 months. Customer service is ridiculously inconsiderate. When I tried to speak, they talked over me each time. Several facilities with better rates in the same area. They claim they will price match - not true at all!

Kirsten is an absolute angel who treated me like I was important right from the start. The first communication we had was when she called me to see if I had any questions and/or concerns and to get the necessary information from me so she can have everything ready to roll before I got there. Within the first ten seconds of our phone call all the tension and stress that had built up during the day had vanished into thin air and I felt like a ton of bricks had just been lifted off of my shoulders. Her professionalism is second to none and her plethora of knowledge regarding the facility and everything about absolutely blew me away. She answered every single question I had with enthusiasm, pride, and confidence. The entire process went smooth as silk. Every time that I have to go to my storage unit I'll be anxious to see Kirsten's beautiful smile and to be greeted with her wonderful, warm personality. Kirsten will be getting my praise and recommendation for anyone who confides in me, my opinion, and personal recommendation when seeking a personal storage unit for themselves. I am completely impressed w the staff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there’s been days where no one is there. Kirsten is by far the best thing about this place. She’s kind, super helpful, and probably keeps clients here. I hope her superior knows how important she is

So Public Storage just advised me they review thier sites every 6 months and the more full they get they start to raise prices on existing units. Seems fair and logical..except when they raise my unit $55 or 36% per month in the middle of winter when its nearly impossible to leave. they wont hold my original price even for a couple months till i can get out..BUYER BEWARE with this sketchy company.

Easy access and staff goes out of their way to be helpful. My bill was incorrect and they found it before I noticed it and went out of their way to fix it. Thank you!
