Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 4191 Bethania Station Rd, Winston Salem, NC

Megan and Jackie do everything and all they can to be helpful on site. They are always very pleasant and will go out of their way to help a client. Any and all questions are answered thoroughly relative to their site on Bethania Station Rd. Winston Salem NC 27106 However, there is one major frustration with regard to the site. I have reported it to customer service and to management. In September, there was only one orange cart and it made moving into H113 most cubersome for me who is 77 years of age. In October due issues encountered in our moving, I rented another unit G209. Now the only cart available can’t be found due to the lack of education and consideration of someone who is keeping it in their storage unit or someone who may have stolen it via their moving truck. The customer service person said it was a courtesy to provide even one on the part of PS and that it wasn’t necessary to provide any. On the part of district management someone is definitely not on top of things. I was told they have requested more but for some reason it hasn’t happened. There are two levels to this site and one orange cart is a large disservice to your clients. For this reason I don’t feel I can give PS a rating better than one and it isn’t fair to those who are in charge on site. I repeat Megan and Jackie are super.

First time using this storage company. So far everything has been a pleasure in doing business. Office staff is very nice and helpful.

The rental rate for the unit was increased over 45% after only 5 months. I called the facility twice to find out why, got voicemail and left messages that were never returned. I then tried calling Public Storage's national 800 number and they lowered the rate back to original amount but only for 3 months and only after I had been charged 1 month at the outragiously higher rate.

I greatly appreciate the young lady in the office was very helpful and kind she informed me of several options for my storage needs and also suggested their partner location one mile away if they didn't have the accommodations I needed thank you

UPDATE! After less than 1 year with Public Storage, my monthly rate has nearly doubled. The bait and switch at Public Storage is amazing. After 4 months, my rate increased $40 and now it's increased another $40. Look elsewhere for a more reliable storage supplier. ----------------------------------------- A very pleasant experience! Jackie, the manager, was knowledgeable and supportive. She made the move in experience worth it. The facility is spotless and the entryway is safe. I'm glad I found Public Storage!

ERental was very convenient. I had to move fast too since the primary choice I made didn’t have my unit available and I’m glad it didn’t work out because I was able to book with public storage. I feel confident that my things are safe and secured.

Stopped in to get a unit to move into...Lisa was the greatest...after a long move across country...she made us feel more than welcome...even when we had to get a second unit she helped with getting it in the same area we were in already...she is a gem... thank you again Lisa...you are the best.

Made my online reservation, the process was easy. Once I arrived with my movers it was easy to find my building and the storage room was nice and clean

Trudy gave amazing service, helped me with all my questions, and helped me streamline the whole process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and super friendly throughout my entire time there. I’ve been trying to confirm and pay for my space for about 3 weeks now, to no avail, but she was extremely helpful in finishing the process and making it all super simple to understand. Thank you Trudy for all your help, she’s the gold standard for customer service!!

Their gate was broken when I was moving stuff so I had to cancel the rental and I’ve been calling the customer services for 5 months trying to get my refund. No one told me that they DO NOT REFUND rent. Ridiculous! Lost my money and time

OMG.. I went to public storage doing some pricing after I had just left other storage places with ridiculous prices.. the lady at the front desk her name is Megan a sweetheart best customer service experience ever if you need a place to store your stuff temporarily or long-term please come to the public storage over here Megan is the best the sweetest lady I met had me laughing the whole while I was in there hook me up with promotions that they had it was just the greatest experience all around huge public stores it's the best
