I payed for an RV parking over the phone at this place. When I got there the parking spot was beside a dumpster and there was broken glass all over the pavement where my spot was. I tried to call several times and could not reach anyone. I left multiple messages and not one call back. I will be calling again on Saturday to either get a different spot or my money refunded.
Where I first moved all my stuff into my storage unit in December everything went well, and I was happy. I didn't go by unit after that until I moved out last Saturday. When I arrived a couple days prior to moving out to start getting small stuff I was greeted with a different lock on my unit that my keys didn't fit, and didn't realize that location went completely virtual. I walk into the lobby area and talk with someone through a dang screen and this lady promises me that someone will meet me the next morning at 9:30 so I can gain accesss to my unit that never happens.The lady never notifies anyone so I get there the next morning with my moving company and still can't get in. Had to go across town to Silas Creek location and have someone come back to let me in my unit. Nobody calls you back EVER.Very disappointed 😞. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I rented this place online 8/20/23. When I inquired about this place, the property Manger called me back quickly and was so willing to help. After I rented the space, no one has called me back!!! I put in a ticket on 8/23 because my unit would not lock but as of today, there is still no resolution. I have called about 10 times and each time they put in a ticket to have someone call me back but no one does. At this point, I just want a refund but I can't even get that!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOUR UNIT DOES NOT LOCK OR IF YOU NEED SOMETHING!!!!
The absolute worst company to get a storage unit from do not recommend! Have been trying to get in touch with other someone since Monday, property manager doesn’t return calls/messages, nor does anyone show up if you make an appointment.
The place is very clean! I have not had my unit for very long but I have no complaints

Jackie is awesome.
Apparently the office moved and did not bother to notify the current tenants. I drove an hour from Charlotte to come and put some things in my storage unit and to my surprise there's no longer anyone on site to assist the customers. I have a different lock on my unit with no key to even get in my unit. Now I have to drive all the way over town to try to contact someone to come and let me in my unit. If you're looking for a storage storage unit with on-site help, don't waste your time. There is no longer on-site assistance. Notifying the tenants of your current move would have been helpful.

I had 2 units for almost a year. Pandemic hit, finances changed, so I combined as much as I could into my larger unit and closed the smaller one. The very next month my rent increased by $28! This is the 3rd increase since I've had my unit! What started out at $126/month us now $174/ month! I am giving my belongings to the rescue mission, and looking for a smaller unit for mandatory keeps. I'm moving my stuff out of here as soon as I can, money- hungry leeches!!! DONT RENT FROM HERE!! THANKS FOR GETTING BACK TO ME REBEKAH!!
UPDATE: RENT GOING UP TO $237 MARCH 2022! I'M OUT!!
We had actually decided on another location when the property manager Rebekah changed our minds. Personalized service is her specialty and you know when you rent that she cares about your unit. She checks in with new renters, gives a great comprehensive tour, and is very patient with questions. If she ever left this location to work at another facility, our business would follow.

I would like to leave a million star review for Rebecca, the property manager. I first rented the unit a few months ago and have had nothing but positive experiences from the very start. This Public Storage was the last location on my list of possible choices with one clear leader even though family members are long time unit holders. Upon meeting Rebecca however, I was instantly reassured of the quality of the service to be provided and the amount of genuine care she would take in my unit. She consistently goes above and beyond for her customers and her genuine interest in their happiness is obvious. I want to be perfectly clear: I did not give my business to Public Storage, I gave my business to Rebecca. There is no amount of emphasis too great I can place on that. Frankly, she should be consulted heavily by corporate on how to train all of their property managers, not just new hires. Her knowledge and business practices would be of great value to any company and Public Storage is lucky to employ her.
Rebekah helped me rent my unit and was such a pleasure to work with. She was very accommodating with my appointment time and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. It was wonderful working with her!
