Giving Scarlett who works at Rockingham a 5 star rating. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Sarah gets a five star for the one time I met her. As of now the overall is four stars due to recent happenings. If it weren't for Scarlett it would be even lower. I had just paid by auto draft for the month of April. The very next day I closed it out, used it for a day I guess. Apparently they are keeping the whole month's rent because I've already paid for the month, however since I have vacated it is no use to me. Unless I get a refund for the unused portion. I'd call this a ripoff. Good thing for great employees and a clean facility. Not so good business for my money. Also good I got out when I did. At no option of mine except to close it out, the price is going up in May. Not what we had agreed upon. Renter beware. Have given this some thought and due to Sarah's and Scarlett's outstanding courtesy, knowledge, friendliest help. I upgrade my experience to 5 stars overall. Business practice could still use a little help.

I would recommend matteress covers to make sure your stuff stays clean they have them for a good price and have some merch on sale! Like dish dividers for your box to separate your glasses!! I got some they work great, very sturdy boxes said it holds up to 65 pounds just need to put enuff tape on them! Great customer service experience

Expensive compared to other unit in another town. This one also is spider capital. So many cobwebs in my unit. Sometimes I just want to throw a match in it instead dressing with those spiders.

The staff is great. They deserve 5 stars, but... I rented the largest room they had for 15 months.
After only 4 months, the rent increased from $165 to $216, and 10 months later, they increased it to $302!
I was never late, and never had a complaint or gave them a problem.
That's a total increase of 90%!
