This is the second unit that I have rented through Public Storage. District Manager Jason provided excellent service in helping me get set up with my unit and has addressed any of the concerns I had while renting with the company. The customer service has been great and I would recommend renting from Public Storage to anyone.

I Do not recommend this place. I have had the unit for 2 years. They have raised the rent from $82 to $160 over the two years. I will be finding somewhere else to store my things.

This place is a complete rip off. They charged me $61 a month for a small storage space. Three months down the line they raised it to $80. Then in another 6 months they raised it to $102 without warning. Can't wait to get my stuff outta this place.

I used this place to store furniture, clothes, and boxes for a full year while I was out of the country. I chose it specifically because of the temperature controlled units and security of the location. When I went back to get my stuff, everything was still in great condition. There were no mice droppings or insects among my stuff which I have experienced at other storage places. Only negatives are that they increase their prices on the regular and the prices were a bit higher than I'd like. Other than those two things, I would recommend them if you want to get your stuff in the same condition you left them in.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. This is a top tier establishment and it helped me and my family in a pinch. We were recently victims of a rental scam, and looking for a storage company. Public Storage is the way to go and the woman at the front counter was there ready to assist. She was even kind enough to reserve a storage for us during the tough time. Astonishing customer service, and even better storage options and prices makes Public Storage the 5 star choice.
