Horrible experience. Company still owes me my money after renting to me an already used locker, nobody in front office to rectify situation. 800 number representative only made it worse by giving me the code to unlock someone else's locker and then telling me the only way to change my locker and I quote is to pay an additional fee because Public Storage does nothing for free. Almost 3 weeks later I have not been refunded an administrative fee for a locker I never used all while I had to go to another facility so I used Uhaul. No issues with them at all. Do not use them at all especially the Poole Road location. I want all my money back!! No followup call from Area Manager nor the company trying to give me my money back due to their error.

Absolutely do not recommend. I used their app to move out on August 21 and called multiple times trying to get someone on the phone. They are now trying to charge me $400 due to their lack of communication. I will be disputing all collection attempts. Crooks! Just want to nickel and dime you and provide subpar customer service who doesn’t return phone calls I’m a timely fashion. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION
Won an auction from this location and it seems to be the hardest thing to access and pay for. Customer service will have you call customer service! Then, after a few run arounds you'll get an answering machine message. Called customer service again. They told me to keep my line open and someone will assist you at your location. Hours later, no help, no call back.
I just completed my rental with Roderick and he was professional and very helpful.

Horrible customer service experience when it came to speaking with someone about the access gate causing damage to my vehicle. The incident happened in part because the gate was left open as maintenance workers were working on the building.
It was not the damage to my vehicle that bothered me, but the way it was handled. I never had a bad encounter with costumer service until this new gentleman took the facility. I used this facility for over 4 years with no issues with the gates or anything .
If you rent here please watch the secondary exit gate and I hope your costumer service experience will be better than mine….
