Needed a clinate controlled unit. They had one left the size I needed and was able to hold it online. Then when I got there Teresa was very good explaining all of their rules and stuff and helped me complete the rental & paperwork.

a little hard to get ahold of people immediately but they will contact you in 24 hours to follow up. nice location, easy access with app, easy to order online. storage was clean when i got it overall pretty nice place.

This is a trash company and I hope all public storages closed down and lose business you can pay for you storage unit and they will lock you out and sell you stuff don’t do business with this company
Prices over double other units. Seriously just increased to 300 a month and a competitor has same size for $106!!!

I’ve had a storage unit with them for almost 2 years started off paying like 40 something a month but they increased the price like every year now paying 72 a month for a very small unit.
Tried to cancel 2 days after 1st of the month and wouldn’t work with me on paying for the month insisted on charging me for a whole month 2 days into the month and additional charged me a 15 dollar late fee while being rude about it and raising their voice at me unnecessarily when I did not raise my voice to them.
Guess that’s how you treat your long time loyal customers at this public storage.
Don’t waste you month at this one go to another public storage or another storage company.
