Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 4605 W Market St, Greensboro, NC

Once AGAIN they are raising their prices! Almost $180 a month for a 5x10 is absolutely ridiculous. I’m moving as soon as possible, I will not waste another penny with this company. They don’t even pick up the phone. There are much better & less expensive storage facilities, do your research unless you would rather have this company increase your rent by $30 every other month!

Great service, professional, also completed everything in a timely manor… most definitely recommend.. and she can type really really good which also help with speed of service and accuracy. Thank youuuu for being kind and knowledgeable

The lady at the office was extremely helpful and polite. We moved into a smaller unit and it went very smoothly.

They never answer the phone when you call them but miss a payment and all of a sudden they know how to pick up the phone and call you. Sorry excuse for customer service I’ve ever seen.

Tyrell is always super helpful! Understandably there always comes a lot of stress with moving your things and making sure everything is situated but on several occasions Tyrell has made the process super helpful and answered any questions I️ have!

I just want to say thank you to Keyona and Kila because they saved the day today!!! After speaking with several people and getting the run around about our unit which had been open for several days, everyone we spoke to said they were getting it taken care of and they did not! (customer service) After speaking with customer service on yesterday 5/15/24 they told us we had an appointment for today 5/16/24 and never sent any information to the location to acknowledge the appointment . They just happened to be there when we arrived! No one told the manager, who had been out of the office since last week about the situation and nothing had been left so that she would have known. The ball was dropped but thankfully because of Keyona and Kila we were able to get our unit back secured properly and have a peace of mind!! Thank you so much!!

Public storage is ripping people off and taking there money! I have had public storage sense January of last year and I was originally paying $100 and went up $50 about 3 months ago and now it went up $19 more. I'm paying $169.00 now for a 10x15. I have already started looking for another storage. This is ridiculously high and I will be telling friends not to go with public storage because it raises its prices every so months. I have looked up other storages and there way cheaper half the price than mine. You want public storage your going get it for a cheap price in the first few months and than it's going go up every so months after that so just beware for new prices, it's just going keep going up

After a public storage location in Fl was having issues giving my family permission to access the unit today the lady that was working here at the desk was extremely helpful, kind and friendly even though I was in a bad mood and even got me to calm down and the phone numbers to upper management I have been asking for

At first my experience was unpleasant because of the manager at the e cone property unprofessional but when we went to the o Henry location Quanna was a tremendous help and very professional as well as the manager at w market location

This is my very first time having to use a storage facility. Enrique was great!! Professional and quick service. Highly recommend!

I have two units with them. One is for a vehicle and the other is a unit. Last month they raised my 79.00 car space to over 200.00. I was told that I needed to bring my car back up to legal status ( inflate the tires ,etc. and they said once it was done my rate would return. I went and did what they requested and the manager at the site said I was good but my rate has not gone back to the 79.00 like I was promised 😤

Convenient location, fast and friendly service by Kyana, was given the opportunity to view and select a unit which she promptly swept out. The whole process took a little more than 10mn.

The process was pretty fast and easy. Literally takes no longer than 5 mins. Traveled from NYC, & everything was ready as soon as we arrived. Was given all the necessary instructions, no need to deal with others, got in & got out. Really loved how smooth and easy it was. The storages seemed good, & im confident everything is safe. Plus, you have to opt for insurance anyways. My only con was the mishap in the deals being offered. The website is for all locations, & not all deals may apply to all. Takes a bit of navigation but all good.

Catalytic Converter of my car was stolen while I stored my car there. See pictures. (Pictures provided from the inspection that my insurance did before the repair). I cannot describe how terrible and unsecure they are!!! I used closed storage for my stuff and open parking spot for my car to store while I am gone out of country for a research. Anyway, when I came back I got my car first and it was making a terrible huge noise when I hit the gas pedal. Next day I took it car repair shop for an inspection. ANd they said my Catalytic Converter is stolen. I went back to store to inform them but they did not do anything. Plus the insurance they provided did not do anything. The store director was so rude and took me out of store because she did not want other costumer to learn what happened. I had to call the police and have a report and go from there. They will say that they have cameras all around but do not believe them. Their cameras do not see every storage and car storage spot. Carefully read The insurance they suggest you to purchase because it is very specific and do not cover many things. Please consider what I experienced with them before making your choice Because it can cost you a lot at the end.

Until now we really haven't had any issues. But we are close to removing our belongings and now can't get ahold of anyone. Overpriced for sure but that's the way of the world now. What is extremely frustrating is leaving 4 messages since Friday and no one returning our calls. They never pick up the phone. Someone needs to return Benjamin Wards phonecalls ASAP.

Little hint DONT GO HERE... I have owned my unit for less than 6 months and they decided to be greedy and HIKE MY RATE BY OVER 30%!!!!!! i understand a 3-5% rate hike yearly, but considering i got the unit in december and they dcided that i need to now pay 88$ instead of the advertised 67$ per month is rediculose.

Omg Joe at Public Storage #4605 on w market st, Greensboro NC-is the perfect customer service representative. I went in today ( On a Monday) to pay my rent for my Storage unit as well as try to fix my Public storage app. And omg was he sooo patient n helpful. He changed my address, and took my payment. He went into my account, changed the email for the app because I'm a returning customer so the app was only showing my previous rental information, and not my current rental information. He then assisted me with the app. We hit a road block, so he called The Manager who instructed him very thoroughly. After we got the app working, he walked me to the gate- because now you can access the gate code thru the app- you don't even get out your car. HOW COOL IS THAT??? We got everything squared away and throughout all this, we had plenty of pleasant conversations. I like him. He is great. Because in this world, customer service has gone out the window, BUT JOE REASSURED ME THERE ARE STILL GREAT CARING, COMPASSIONATE EMPLOYEES IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY... He's available to assist every day of the week, even weekends. Go by n check him out.... THANK YOU JOE....

OMG this storage place is at the bottom of the barrel use at yown risk the doors are week with evidence of some kind of infestation the place is practically falling apart
