Public storage isn't what I thought..They're too big of a corporation that does not really care about the people per usual of big corps. I liked it better when it was All In Storage but then cam Public Storage that bought them out..Don't waste your time folks ..

Searching for a storage other places was to expensive for a small space came across public storage got a way bigger storage for a reasonable price did everything 100% online no need to meet with office staff besides to return there lock to them cause I had my own other than that I definitely recommend checking with them 1st when looking for a nice clean climate control storage unit.

The unit itself was nice and spacious but that’s about all I can say. I just moved out of my unit on July 31st and as I write this on August 8th, they still have yet to update that I moved out. Idk if all locations are the same but the one on Mccloud Rd in Greensboro sucks as it relates to customer service. I thought I had lost my storage key and thank god I didn’t but I kept calling up there multiple times during business hours over the span of a few days and no one answered. Had I really lost my keys, I would’ve been SOL. They are very hard to reach but they have no problem contacting you when it’s “urgent” or convenient to them.. like when they believed that I had left 2 mattresses in the hallway lol. They called me a couple of times and when I finally answered, the lady on the phone kind of came off accusatory stating “Didn’t you just come by?”. I’m sure they have cameras, all they had to do was roll them back and see that I NEVER HAD A MATTRESS with me to begin with, let alone 2. I’m a small dude, I couldn’t even handle 2 mattresses by myself lol. So yeah.. their customer service sucks. Lastly..There were sooo many dead bugs in my unit. I should’ve taken a picture of the surplus of dead bugs so if you’re reading this, you could see I’m not exaggerating. A few dead bugs and spiders are definitely to be expected but I never ever had that many at previous storage units. There were crickets, beetles, some kind of tiny millipedes and spiders. The very first time I came by my unit after a week of moving in, I spotted a huge dying roach among my stuff(and it definitely came from the facility, NOT ME). When I moved out my unit, I had to thoroughly inspect and vacuum my stuff to make sure I didn’t take any dead or half alive bugs with me. It was disgusting. I would never utilize them again.

It was an excellent service.

Billing system is a nightmare, won't take a credit card, doesn't seem to keep auto pay activated, you will never reach a person no matter what you try, can't mail a check so I have to login in every month and remember to pay. All because they are subtly trying to force a new lease on me after purchasing the business I assume. When private equity eats the world, eliminates all their staff and locks us in a room to figure it out with bots, customers lose. This company should not even exist they provide nothing to the world except hoovering up resources real people built on free fed money.

New to town and had to find a storage quick. Ms. Edna was so helpful and very kind. Nice place to store you belongings.

After visiting multiple storages in the area, we decided to stay at this property due to the magnificent customer service received by Enrique. His efforts in making sure we understood everything and in showing us the property were exceptional. Very clean storage units too.

Poor communication from the leasing office since they’ve been switched over. They pick and choose their office hours and when they want to answer the phone.

I’ve gone by the office three times. Need to update my contract and nobody’s ever there. What can be said about the customer service…

It’s a pretty decent place when it was All-In storage and they just got a few upgrades. I don’t think the hrs are right tho because i tried to get a new lock and nobody was there. Maybe I’ll comeback around 10-noon time cause nobody’s there in the actual early morning.

This used to be a top notch storage facility under previous owners. It appears to have been recently acquired by Public Storage. Now it is all operated remotely, which would normally be totally fine as that is usually more convenient. That wasn't my experience. I went to secure a unit and they now make you buy a $30 lock and $15 insurance which they don't tell you until you go to pay for the unit. I don't need another lock. I called and they told me I can return the lock but there was nobody in the office. They don't appear to have consistent hours so I don't know when I can return it if nobody is there.

Excellent cleanliness and very reasonable pricing, as a moving company we deal with a wide variety of storage facilities. These guys are legit and the property manager Darren is very kind and helpful. 5 stars for all in storage!

My husband and I have had a unit at this facility since 4/2019. It is a convenient, easily accessible location and the rates are low. We appreciate the climate controlled unit that protects our belongings from the heat and humidity. The facility is super clean, another big plus!

The best service/price around! The staff is so helpful and super nice. I cannot say enough about this storage facility. I'm very satisfied with my choice to store my belongings here.

Super clean

This is a great self storage facility that can be 100% contactless although the staff is really friendly and nice. I like that everything can be done online and they have automatic payments setup so one doesn't have to worry and the units are temperature controlled and have awesome pricing. I would definitely recommend.
