Wish I could give negative stars. The property on Randleman Road is horrible. I’ve rented a space there since 2022. I didn’t bring bugs with me. I don’t know who or want is managing their property right not but they are absolutely horrible. I’ve called multiple times about their bug situation and have yet to get a call back. Please do not use this property as storage. I don’t know how other Public Storage locations are, but the one on Randleman Road is pure garbage.

When I moved my belongings out on the second day of the month they still charged me for the full month. I was willing to pay a prorated amount for the two days. Other than that they’re crazy if they think I’m paying $110 for two days! Also, I had no way to turn the light on except a cord that was too short for me to reach. I don’t plan on using them again. I can find a better one that’s inside and with climate control (or atleast one of the two).

Very run down on the outside and has become a blight in the community. Trees down that fell years ago. Busted utility units at the entrance. Cited for City Code Violations that have not been addressed. Complaints from the community have been presented to the front office, with little to no response. The corporate number is a recording that gives you the run around and you will never get a live person on the phone. Disappointing.
The place is overrun there is a tree that has been down for months. The manager states all she can do is reach out to corporate... Corporate is not responding. Be responsible in the neighborhood in which you do business

We called twice to let these people know that we were on our way to the store on Randleman road, knowing that we were going to be there just before closing time of 6pm and two people said it would be ok, to come on. Well, we got there at 5:50 and the employee on duty, or supposed to be on duty, said they couldn't help us, because the manager left for the day and they hadn't worked there long enough to take our money. We called to make sure it was ok to come on and TWO Public Storage employees, one male named Chris and another female employee, told us it would be fine to come on. Grrrr..... Two vehicles and people wasted their gas and time because of these liars and worthless employees.
Terrible company I’ve had a unit since February 20 20 it started it $36 a month and whenever they feel a wild hair they raise the price it’s now up to $85 a month with no warning they did it whenever they felt like it three times in the last six months they are opportunists and waiting for people not to pay it they just jack up the price hoping they can’t pay it so they can sell all these peoples belongings that’s terrible behavior
