The process of getting a storage was easy, Lauren at the front desk was very nice and helpful when it came to my concern on my account!!
I’ll start off my saying my interaction with the manager Lauren was great and she gave me the corporate number to voice my concerns and try to reach a solution. I needed to rent storage at this location while in the in between process of moving so it’s very important to me that my belongings are safe. That means I specifically chose this facility for the gated access, locked door interior, and climate control. Therefore paying more for those features. To start the gate access is “broken” although it actually does work from your phone so they keep the back gate open. Even though it is advertised to close the facility at 9pm the gate is wide open 24/7. There is a dip in the concrete in front of the door into the indoor units where people are propping the door open with a rock probably because the magnets meant to hold the doors open while you move do not work so that’s another inconvenience. The “climate control” is kept at 80 which to me is insane but never mind the fact on a 92 degree day it felt cooler outside than inside the units. I reached out to corporate as advised and was told maybe they could give me half off the 1 months rent and I agreed that would be fair which would be around $50… I was approved for $25 need I say more?
Not correct size also never have anyone on property and is very sketchy then their customer service is horrible

Nat was such a gem! We had a great experience and customer service throughout our lease. Nat was actually at our unit when we arrived and we were able to notify them that we would out within a minute or two. Nat instructed us to come to office when we were finished to complete the move out process. When we were done, Nat was in the office already to assist us and got us out in a blink of an eye. This is the 3rd day that I am trying to meet a real person in the office, so I can pick up the key. Nobody is in the office on day one, so I checked every two hours. Day Two: the office door is locked but I found Dani on the property. She said that she will return to the office in 30 minutes, which I checked 30 minutes later, no body in the office and more people are waiting. I left a voice mail and someone called back and we set up 10:30 appointment on day three. Day Three: I came in at 10:30, the office is locked again. Nobody there except more people waiting. Are you guys hiring? I would love to have a job that I don't need to show up and still taking people's money.

UPDATE: Fast forward 5 months, I've secured my new home and am ready to take all my stuff there. I call Dani and tell her it's time and I'm surprised that I feel kinda sad.?. I want my stuff back, certainly, but I'm a little sad that my relationship with Dani will be ending now as far as seeing her when I went to my unit, etc. She was the first person in my new town that made me feel like she had my back, that my stuff would be fine with her. I've also called her and asked for recommendations and she's always been so helpful... just a 5 star, solid, awesome human... thanks so much for all you've helped me with Dani, I appreciate you!

Although the unit was clean and as advertised, it was very unclear how to actually locate the units. The instructions were not very thorough. Also, there were quite a few surprise fees, such as a $20 lock and $15 *required* insurance. Overall average at best.
