I have been a customer at this location twice now. First when I moved to Fuquay-Varina over 3 years ago, (2022)and for the last few weeks this year, Nov. - Dec. 2025, and probably longer. She is very professional & helpful, and has a terrific personality and sense of humor, which is so helpful to customers like myself, who may be going through a sudden, unexpected reason to have to move, and put our cherished & personal belongings into a building while we transition into a new home & chapter in our lives. Whitney gives Great service to me and my family

can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the team at Public Storage. Last week, I paid another storage company to store my vehicle, and at the very last minute they canceled after taking my money saying they had no units available. I called five different storage places after that, and every experience was either rude, unhelpful, or I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. But Public Storage was the complete opposite. Their customer service made the entire process smooth, simple, and stress-free. By the end of one phone call, I already had my gate code, my unit number, and everything I needed. The process was contactless, and when I arrived, my agreement was already waiting inside the unit. It was quick, organized, and hassle free exactly what I needed during an already stressful situation. Their kindness, professionalism, and efficiency were truly a life saver. They turned a frustrating week into a moment of relief, and I’m so thankful for the way they handled everything. I highly recommend Public Storage to anyone who wants a company that actually cares and delivers on their promises.

Whitney was incredible!! She took the time to answer all of my questions, show me a smaller storage unit for a lower price, and suggest some great ideas going forward. She managed to keep my monthly payment the same for the next three months because I am a loyal customer. Excellent customer service!!!

This is not the first storage I’ve had to rent. The rules have changed some on how they charge. I became quite frustrated and Whitney was there to help me understand how the charges would increase. She calmed me down and explained everything in detail. Thank you Whitney for your patience. I’m not sure about the storage just yet, but I am sure if I have an issue with anything, Whitney will help me to understand. I wish I had a customer service job opening because I would recruit Whitney away from this place.

definitely one of the best interactions I’ve had with public storage…I had a question about the security features and Terrick didn’t just explain them to me he showed me how secure the facility was and explained why their locks are better than the common lock you buy from the stores.
