A maze hard to find unit. I walked all over need some type map

I have been renting from Public Storage for a few year now. About 5 or so months ago, I rented 2 units at this location. The location great, easy access and well kept. Customer service is excellent. Danita, she is the BEST!! She has always been helping and welcoming every time I have contacted the office for assistance. I will recommend this location .

Great service up front; app charged me for a superfluous lock though; perhaps devs should take a look at that

The ease of receiving a storage unit and discount for bringing my own lock as well as the location being “safe” is why I chose this particular public storage. Public storage so far has been good. The only issue I have had is there is a public restroom onsite and most times its locked and onsite management is not present. and since I spend quite a bit of time at my unit as well as others this is not helpful or conveiant.

Received great customer service today from Ms. Danita renting out a storage unit. She was knowledgeable, polite, and very friendly. Would recommend this location if you’re looking for a nice clean storage unit with no hassles.

The lobby, as well as the units are well maintained and clean. I also felt this was in a safe area. I would recommend this location as opposed to others in the area!

Every time I come at lunch they know it’s gonna be a line but they still don’t have the folks they need over and then there moving so slow I think that’s what makes it bad then instead of doing the online orders in the back there doing them in the front where the lady don’t have much room any way omg not organized at all I come here a lot but it’s not any of the same people like what’s going on I only have 30 to get a sub not wait for online to get done first

MY PROPERTY WAS STOLEN I leased an indoor unit on October 27th, 2024. I didn’t need the space for very long and scheduled a move out for November 30th, 2024. I arrived the day before my scheduled move out date to collect my belongings only to discover that all of possessions were gone. My dental loupes, television, car jack, Roomba, and tools were all gone. The dental loupes alone were roughly $2,000 as they were custom made. All of my military memorabilia was also taken. Something fishy is going on at this location. Though I hate to accuse anyone of wrong doings that I did not witness myself, I am pretty sure that this was an inside job! I spent about 30 minutes on the phone going back and forth an individual by the name of Chris (I believe he's the regional director) regarding this matter as things were just not adding up. Chris admitted to entering my unit on November 29th, 2024 -before my arrival and without my consent- and discarding the remainder of my personal belongings (what the thieves left behind) as he deemed them to be “trash.” Yes, you read that correctly, but it gets worse. He then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted those items back then I would need to go and fetch them from the trash receptacle located in the back of property. He even refused to write up an incident report because he “didn’t have to”. I ended up calling the Sheriff’s Department (it’s their jurisdiction) and getting a report through them. Not only am I a combat veteran and a dentist, but I am also a human being. However, I was shown ZERO empathy and/or respect regarding this situation by Chris. Do yourself a favor and store your belongings somewhere else. If it happened to me, it could surely happen to you. This place is new, but I can guarantee you that this will not be an isolated event.

Nice location! Reasonable prices!

Despite being under heavy construction, we are pleased so far with our space. However, the loading zone is AWFUL. There are no dedicated parking spaces so people just block the door to unload their vehicle. There's also virtually no overhang so loading in rainy weather would be miserable. It just wasn't very well thought out compared to other storage units we've used in the past. And be prepared to do everything in the app - it's nearly impossible to reach a live person to speak to, either on the phone or on site.

During my visit to look at the storage units Patrice helped me and she was absolutely amazing. She provided all details regarding the different sized units and assigned me to the best unit to fit my needs. I truly appreciate her assistance and I look forward to working with her for any other public storage needs in the future.

Had an amazing experience with Patricia and love this storage unit already!!! Everyone, even the contractors working were super nice and helpful!
