I moved into a unit two weeks ago and Parbatee and the young man (whose name I forget now) working that day were amazing! Very nice and helpful. He answered some questions and then processed my refund for the lock I didn't need.
Towards the end of the day I went into the office bc I had to switch my orig unit to a bigger one and that's when Parbatee helped! She checked the available units and made sure to tell me the diff costs + more importantly where each was (floor + distance from the elevators). I'd already unloaded all of my stuff out of a cargo van into my orig unit on the 1st floor close to the main doors. I was going to have to switch it all to the new one and I am so grateful for her taking the extra effort to figure out what was gonna be easiest + most affordable. She was very kind + lightheartedly chatting with me as she processed the change in the computer which helped revive me from how exhausted I was. The building and units were clean and no issues in general.

What a place! We have been their customer since Dec of last year and I was concerned about the increase of cost. Spoke with the GM Parbatee and she was awesome! She submitted for me a request to lower the monthly payment and it was approved! What a blessing she was! Please stop by and ask her about the services and prices. She will definitely help you out.
The manage was very professional and a nice personality and very helpful
It’s fine enough. Onsite staff tries. My complaint is that the frequent and predatory rate increases what was ~ $125 a year ago has had multiple rate increases and would be $224 per month now. This industry desperately needs regulation!

Always closed. Arrived to get my unit I had paid for with a U-Haul full of stuff. nobody there at 2pm-4pm. Multiple people outside complaining about days of trying to get ahold of someone with no luck. Called customer service and was told the property manager would contact me in 5-10 mins with no calls even now at 10pm. Ended up move to a different storage facility where I was helped immediately and efficiently.
