Chassidy and Anna was super helpful with my first time getting a storage unit and explained everything great!
Our storage until was broken into and about $2500 worth of stuff was taken from us. The cameras in the storage area are down but the ones near the office are working, how convenient. Do not get a storage unit here. They tried to tell us there was no way it got broken into but we opened the door and our organized unit had boxes ripped open and things everywhere.
Problem was resolved my mistake appreciate Anna's help

Great customer service! I went to get some items out of my unit and there were wasps EVERYWHERE. Anna came and sprayed for me. It was very appreciated since I'm allergic to wasps. She even locked my door back up for me since I decided it would be safer to come back at night

I rented 2 units from them and had problems with my lock on one unit and complained only to be told the locks freeze sometimes they would put some stuff in it next time I came. So when I came the next time I seemed to have no issues with my lick but when I opened my unit I noticed quite a few of my items are missing. I'm still debating on what to do as I'm not sure what my options are but I believe I will be definitely addressing this issue and I also want and got padlocks to add to my units as well. I also made the newest one moving in aware to buy his own padlock where only he has the key as well.

What my experience has been at public storage since my mother and I have gotten the storage room here the one on 26th and rangeline has been totally awesome Lynn has been the greatest help answering questions and being there if there's anything we needed as in what we can and cannot put in there and she explains why she's pretty awesome I would recommend this place to all my friends if they needed a storage actually I have he ended up getting one somewhere else before I could get get a chance to talk to him but any any other time I might need a storage I will darn sure right here because public storage you're awesome and then is the greatest I think well all the employees here are the greatest anyway I hope you have a blessed day and everyone else with the public storage company have a great day

I've had my unit for 2 years with Public Storage and as for safety I've never had any issues. Wish they would go back to allowing customers with units to have access to the dumpster ( some of us have things to throw away from time to time ) but it's always locked - the old property manager did a fantastic job with allowing customers with access to the dumpster and she was so friendly with customers - Public Storage needs to hire her back!

I am only giving this business a one star because I have to in order to leave this review. I rented a unit on Friday at public storage at 2629 rangeline road joplin mo put my belongings in the unit. Locked it up went back on the following Wednesday to add more stuff and found my unit had been broke into and ransacked several items were stolen the lock was still on unit but the person that broke into it cut the latch. Law enforcement was called report was filed and now law enforcement is having a hard time getting ahold of them about my claim . Whatever u do please avoid this storage unit.
They lie, lol I went to eagle storage instead, I set up everything online, tried to pay online, I know about the fees and everything, so what sold me is the 1$ first month, wouldn't let me pay online, I went in, she said, they rented the last one of that promotion but we have others. The same size, Just a bad way to start doing business with me. No thank you.
A little run down, and their prices continue to rise every 6 months or so. Looking for another storage solution.

I went in there inquiring about a storage unit. Although I don’t plan on utilizing right now when I do I’ll be more then happy with using public storage thanks to Anna. Her customer service was through the rooof. Five stars alll around!

Worst customer service EVER!! Will never use this company again!!! First, when my mom rented the unit, the girl in the office, would not honor the same offers online and didn't even act like she knew about it. We rented the unit the third week of the month which would make our first payment due the third week of the the next month. On the first day of the month, they called and told my elderly mother she owed some more money. So when I got home, I called and the lady said the next month's rent was due on the 1st which I thought was ridiculous because we should not have had another payment due until the 3rd week of the month when we had used up a full month of our rental time. So, I got that settled then we moved all of my mom's things out after we had only used the unit 2 weeks. As soon as we left the public storage unit, the office girl called and asked if we were vacating that day. That is a terrible way to do business because technically, we could have kept the key another 3 weeks so I thought it was a little presumptuous and rude that they would call when we had barely gotten everything out of the unit. Will rent local from now on.

Worse place ever. Inside job from the workers stole all of our belongings even our babies stuff. Every last bit was stolen from us. Won’t repay us for any of it. Worse place it don’t rent from here

Stayed past their office hours to help me do a last minute move-in today. They never seemed impatient despite the fact that they were working past the clock. Amazing staff and customer service! However they get only 4 stars because the storage units themselves have no lighting and the storage units have some holes in the walls. Also it would be nice to have a little ventilation in the hallways!
