I just want the people to know if you need storage Public storage of Belton is the place to be! It's reasonable pricing, self booking and variety of sizes and the manager Josh walking you thru the options are all very helpful and so convenient thanks so much Josh you are awesome great job well done! Our business has been working with this location since November, utilizing three spaces. We chose this site for its convenient access from I-49. Whenever we've needed assistance, Josh has always delivered. Having rented dozens of units across the city for over a decade, we can confidently say that Josh is the best storage facility manager we’ve worked with.
This was our first time there since it was taken over by new owners. Josh was great. Very helpful in getting us setup and answering all our questions.
Great place to storage your belongings very safe and well lit the employees are very nice and friendly and are willing to go above and beyond to help I just want to thank a new young man named Cody for helping pay my rent and helping to get my unit open when it was covered in ice
When things are needed done it's easy to call and set up a meetings Becky will be there when you need her and will handle business even if your running late.
My first visit today since the new owners, Public Storage, took over earlier this month.I can already tell there is a huge difference.The previous managers went thru the motions and you could tell they didn’t want to be there. Previously, the office was dirty and smelled.The new manager, Josh, is knowledgable, attentive, and friendly. I have seen him out among the units over the last few weeks actually working. I rarely saw anyone before. The office is now clean and organized and did not smell.
I've seen this place go through a few different managers during my stay. They hired a guy named Josh and seeing the others who had been there I was skeptical but he's been awesome to work with and I can tell he actually cares. There's someone in the office every day. Before you were lucky to see anyone more than once or twice a week. I just had to sign a new lease with the change to public storage and I'm happy to see Josh is still there along with a nice woman named Amanda. I'm usually not one for reviews but they asked me on my last visit to post and I feel obligated to share my experience with all the trouble they've had. I think this location is on the mend and would recommend anyone looking for storage in Belton to start here first.
Talked with Josh about getting everything changed over to Public Storage and he was so very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and got everything taken care of. A very nice guy. Thank you, Josh.

Horrible company, horrible people. Very fond of controlling when and how you can access your things. Absolutely recommend keeping your things outside of your house before paying these bums any of your hard earned money.
This place has been nothing but problems from the very beginning. When finally finding someone at the facility after having to come back multiple times during business hours and no one was there, we were finally able to get a unit lined up. Papers were signed and we were given our codes for the gate. Not even 2 weeks later we try to get into our unit and find out the gate vodewas changed WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. Thankfully it was a Saturday and someone was actually at the office. At the time of setup they were notified we would only need the unit for a month or two. No other information was given. Now that I have moved out of the unit they are telling me I have to pay for the ENTIRE month when I only occupied the unit for 4 DAYS of the month, and stating they have a 30 day notice for move outs which was NEVER told to us. This place is absolutely horrible. Not worth the hassle at all!!
