I got my times mixed up and forgot that the whole place (not just the office) closes at 6. I was so worried my movers wouldn't be able to get there in time, but we showed up in the nick of time and Kevin was AWESOME and let us off load into my storage unit and stay a bit after for me. Great service and I very much appreciate him staying later than normal to help me move stuff into my first storage unit.

place is falling apart, roof is literally hazardous and endangering. Management is aware, corporate has been aware for months and they have been negligent for years. Looks like a civil lawsuit to me. They keep renting out spaces out to people and not letting them know about the unsafe conditions until it’s too late. We have seen pest infestation and water damage, and all corporate can do is give us $25 for damages done.

This location is wonderful. The units are clean and hallways well kept. Getting set up was very easy especially with the app but most importantly Kevin was super helpful and really worked with me to help me get the space I needed. Very secure
This is one of the worst storage facilities I’ve used. It is INFESTED with rats and there are poison traps in every unit and all over the hallways. Elevators break constantly, and management doesn’t seem to pay attention to anything going on. I got a rental unit at $56 a month, within 2 months they upped the price to $110. They will constantly change price but let the facility get even worse. Every time I went here there were people moving out of their units and for good reason. Hours are horrible, they are only open when most people are at work.
This place is a joke.
I can start right away by saying that Kevin saved my bacon! I won’t go into detail, but it was a very difficult situation and I was at the end of my nerves and the business was officially closing, but Kevin just kept really patient and helped me to get sorted out to where I wasn’t worried about anything at the end of the whole process! I can say that because of him I would choose this business (even at higher prices) because you get someone who knows how to run a business and still take care of customers and that’s not always easy; especially in my case! Kevin got me sorted out so that I was able to get a better storage unit and then trusted me to hold up an agreement (which I will honor)! So I really am grateful he put a deal together that I could still afford in the end, because Thais was a fragile time for me when I was literally starting to count the dollars I had left in my checking account! So if your looking for a storage solution search no further and you can sleep better knowing there are professionals there who can provide great solutions if you ever get into a situation!
Kevin was so Helpful And Respectful And Most of All Has Good Patience. And Also Amazing Energy.
Luckily, we found this facility to store our motorhome after a bad experience at another storage company. We appreciated the spacious parking area that enabled us to safely drive our motorhome in and out. In addition, the facility is conveniently located just off I94 near the Minneapolis/St. Paul border. Security is good with high fences and limited access hours. We would certainly use this facility again. Staff were always helpful and available.
This place is not the greatest as a whole.But the property manager Kevin is a good human being and a very helpful and is knowledgeable about his job
This location is run very well. Each garage is prepped and ready for the next renter with lock/key and insurance options. Kevin is easy to work and knows his job. He really cares about his customers and business. Also, he helped me get the best rates possible for the two garages I'm renting. I highly recommend this Public Storage.
Renting out a space was a breeze thanks to Kevin. so I gotta hand it to Kevin but the facility is riddled with rats. most of my stuff had defecations on them.
Kevin, the property manager is exceptionally helpful! I had accidentally left some of my belongings outside my storage unit, and Kevin went the extra mile by reviewing the extensive security footage, contacting individuals who had visited the storage facility that day, identifying them, and successfully recovering my items within a day. Among these belongings were sentimental items, and I am incredibly thankful that I was able to retrieve them with Kevin's assistance. Thank you very much!
DO NOT STORE HERE. Horrible company. Would rate zero stars if possible. Most of my furniture and belongings were destroyed while storing here. They have a mice infestation that we were not made aware of. There were dead mice, live mice, and mouse poop/pee everywhere in my unit. It was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever experienced. They refuse to compensate me for all the damaged furniture, amounting to thousands of dollars worth of lost stuff.
I worked with Joslynne at the Wabash location in st. Paul. She went above and beyond. She showed me how to find my unit, helped me locate a cart for my items and just was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend her and public storage to anyone I know. Thank you again Joslynne for just being there!!

Jocelyn was great to work with as we were exhausted from our move, and helped us get two units next to each other. Kevin was great at communicating for our move out. Overall a great experience.

What makes this place 5 stars is the people that work there. Kevin is one of the most genuine people who you can tell really cares and tries to help you out any way he can. When I moved in he had a young blonde kid show me around. He was very helpful in explaining everything and the different doors and even where the dolleys are. These guys are the kind of employees that make lifelong customers, and I hope the upper management knows this and treats these folks good

The man here was very rude. I bought a unit at auction and their site states they are open until 5. Between 11-1, he was blowing up my phone asking when we would be there. I told him that our uhaul had broken down at another public storage 5 miles away and we were waiting for roadside assistance and would be there asap. He would sigh and make passive aggressive comments before hanging up. Finally, around 2pm, I decided to just Uber over to his facility to pay for the unit and start cleaning it out while my sister waited for roadside assistance. I apologized PROFUSELY the entire time and he continued to make comments about how much of an inconvenience we had been the entire time I was with him. I understand that people being late, no shows, etc., can be very frustrating but again, their site said they didn’t close until 5 and I feel like we had a special situation, we also kept him updated the entire time with our situation. Also, mice. Just in the hallway leading to my unit there was two dead mice. I would not recommend this facility.

I’m hoping this will be my last month renting a unit here. After the riots they changed the hours and it is extremely inaccessible for anybody who works a 9-5. It’s not worth the money if it’s always closed.

I have had my storage unit for over a year and no issues until, I attempted to enter my unit yesterday and they had put an extra lock on it so I couldn't enter. I went up to the front desk(as the website states during business hours there will be someone there to handle any questions or problems) there was no one there and the door was locked. I called and left voicemails. I attempted the online chat option they were also no help and told me to wait 72 hours for a response. The customer service agent stated there was nothing in the notes of my account, and stated I never missed a payment so they were unsure why the property manager put a blue lock on my unit door. I needed in my unit yesterday to get my stuff for work this week and of course I couldn't get in. I waited for hours at the location for someone to call back, come by and address the mistake they made on their end, and nothing. I attempted to call again this morning and still no response. If I could zero stars I would.
Thanks to Kevin at the front desk we had a great experience at this location. I’ve used Public Storage several times in my life and this has been the most memorable again thanks to Kevin who helped my wife and I thoroughly.

We had a great experience at this Public Storage. My wife and I needed to re-organize and pack up the belongings in our unit--a hard task that took multiple days. The manager, Kevin, went out of his way to be helpful and understanding. He answered every question we had, sold us some last minute packing material that made a huge difference, had a great sense of humor, and made what could have been very stressful into a very positive experience.

A great place for storage. Setting up an account and making monthly payments is super easy. I never had any issues accessing my unit, and loading things in and out was a breeze thanks to the elevators and carts they have on site. The conditions of the space are good. I would certainly use this location for any storage needs in the future!
The guy that works Sunday just left everyone locked in and I’m locked out everything is backwards here . The guy seen us but just left ? Poor customer service can destroy profit margins faster then someone helpful can get on the phone . How responsible is it to leave people lock in and out before dinner around faculties like this ? Hum state building code storage safety

Not very helpful when needing help my key for some reason messed up and won’t unlock it and Kevin says oh we don’t have anything to help u . I’m sure if I didn’t pay they would have whatever it takes to take the lock off to sell the stuff. And don’t be one day late he will call ur phone everyday and ur emergency contact even when u tell him when ur payment date will be
