Best storage facility I’ve ever rented from!
I have used this storage facility since May of 2024. It is excellent well lit, good security, fair price and outstanding customer service. Sue helped me out and she did a great job!
Sue was friendly, helpful and lent us a dolly to make moving out of unit easier. Would recommend renting!

Easy to work with
Storing my things here was very easy. They offer same day move in and same day move-out, which made things super easy for me. I only used Public Storage for a few weeks but I thought the Bluetooth doors were very cool. Upon moving out the two ladies at the front desk were very sweet! I would rent here again
Every time I stop in sue is always so pleasant and helpful. The staff as a whole make a point to reach out if they don't hear from me. When I needed the latch replaced on my storage unit they were very prompt to do so as well!

Very great very great customer service and I would highly recommend if you need moving or storage.
Do NOT rent from them in winter. We spent over an hour trying to access our unit and when questioned on their policy was told it was our responsibility to remove snow and ice in front of our unit and that they were only responsible for maintaining driveways and main entrance. They stated that the money you pay them in rent does NOT include accessibility to you unit from snow and ice. Also, staff just sat in booth and watched us try to dig out our unit for an hour.
