They have Vermin that pooped all over my belongings! When I called they said they have been suffering with problems with Rodents for months and are trying to get exterminators to come out and that many units have problems.
The property managers were nice but when i tried talking to the insurance company they wanted pictures and receipts that I owned what was in the pictures. Then they only offer $250 for mouse damage.
Eve got me in and out in no time. Great service. Recommend

EVE is amazing. Had trouble getting storage confirmed online. Eve spent time on the phone with me to try to assist. When I came in she showed me the space and gave me tips for opening the door. She then created the account and gave me information I needed. Eve obviously values customer service and was a great help!! I would give her 10 stars if I could!!

I have been renting this place since about June of last year and at first you know a storage unit Is for a sudden move you just put your stuff in and it’s something quick and painless. But for others like myself, it’s a place where we put antiques things that we are going to be holding onto for a long time keep sakes so we want our treasures being taking care of And Eve Is definitely someone who’s given a personal touch To a business that rarely sees it . She treats this place as her home She’s always around And tentative to every customer who comes in making sure the gate codes working that there’s no trash lying about and that everybody is in a good mood. She always greet you with a smile and she is someone who has kept me here. I live in Minneapolis so there are A few places closer to home but because of how well she does, I have decided to stay here. I came across the QR code and had to leave something special for someone who does so much ! 💪🏾❤️

Avoid this place. The rent on my unit has gone from $117 to $215 in one year. There are plenty of places within a couple miles of here that are significantly cheaper than even the original rent that I paid here. Now I have the fun task of moving all of my stuff to a new place.

We received great service in setting up a new reservation. Eve and Ryan went over and above in setting it up, giving a tour of the facility, and answering the many questions we had. We are really happy we chose this Public Storage location!

Was the cheapest option at tge time gave no warning that the price was going to jump 150 dollars in a week. Went to go clear out the locker found mouse droppings on everything. And some mice! Score i love protein 😋 thanks public storage for making it easy to choose between an overpriced internment camp for all the stuff i can't fit in my overpriced apartment. The atmosphere was a palpable rusty hell room witg no lights and mystery stains i am positive belonged to someone who knew too much. Id give 2 stars but you decided to get rid of your hand cart the only thing that worked as intended there. I however gave 1 star back for the elevator consistently never working right and being the most likely place to get tetanus.

The following staff at Richfield, MN Public Storage are wonderful & need to be recognized by their district manager, Alina Nikolaeva: Erics who helped me out when I came to get my belongings out of storage & the place was closed due to renos & I had forgotten my code to get in.
Linda whose patience , understanding & kindly manner had always led with her client driven assistance. So many issues with paying from Canada as the company would no longer take my CD credit card or allow payments online due to having a postal code rather a zip code…And this was after at least 15 years of storing with them where I was always able to do both previously. So Linda & then Nicole both went out of their way to make sure I could pay because it cost me late fees otherwise. Bless you two very mych for your caring ways!
I'm sorry it took me so long to let you all know how much Eve has bent over backwards to give me the ULTIMATE in Customer Service!! At first, it was hard to get things going, but when I actually got a hold of her, she MADE SURE EVERYTHING was BETTER than right!!She even convinced e to add a couple of months which I hadn't planned on doing, but it's such a good deal, she made it worth it!!
I don’t know if this is an issue with all the units, but there was a disgusting amount of mouse poop in mine after having my things stored there just 3 months. No food in the storage locker at all. Would not recommend this place.
Had a issue with was supposed to be put in one unit that I did online that was taken it did get switched to the new unit I placed my belong in the new unit only to go back a few weeks later my lock was cut and replaced with other long story short someone else had to fix the mess that was made by the other property manager But ERICA FIXED THE PROBLEM SHE WAS VERY PATIENT UNDERSTANDING AND MADE SURE THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED SHE IS REALLY AMAZING THANK YOU ERICA YOUR THE BEST

10x15 unit is 250$ started 125$ amonth a year ago now 250$, what a rip off ,getting out as soon as I can
Called and made arrangements multiple times only to drive there each time and stand out front because no one would answer door . Then called number shown on handwritten note on door only to be told to drive to different facility to talk with someone else. If you were lucky to get someone on the phone you were always told to call someone else.
There are too many other storage companies that are helpful and happy to take your money, why would you put up with a place that makes it such a hassle?

Nice facility. But ALL of their 10 x 10 x 30 have a 7.5 x 8ft door. Very misleading if trying to store a large item. Trying to get my money refunded and told to call corporate. Not a good feeling on this one.
This place is great.. everyone is always helpful But Linda especially was very helpful. I lost my lock keys and had to wait for the locksmith to come with my 4 year old and she was so nice and told me exactly what I needed to do and was so patient with my not so behaved 4 year old. I highly recommend this place they have great security and pay attention to what's going on. AAA++++
