I had a great experience with Public Storage, largely thanks to Michael. Michael made the process of renting a unit stress free, and was genuinely so helpful. The facility itself is clean, and secure. If you’re looking for top-notch service and a great storage solution, I highly recommend this location and Michael’s service in particular!
This rental unit worked out great for me and my family. We were between houses for a few months and needed a storage spot. I really liked the app to get in and out of the gates. Scott gave us great customer service.
Since my homeowner's insurance policy covered my property in storage as well as liability, Michael the on-site manager removed the liability insurance I purchased through Public Insurance. My monthly storage fee was reduced. He was most helpful.

2nd review
The district manager called and so did the onsite person, who was not on site during my incident, where my unit opening was smashed into. The opening was repaired.
So we finally have access to our storage unit.
I have rented 4 units before without issues.
This incident took me calls over 3 days, and I have an app too.
I appreciate talking to a live person and an available on site manager.

Bad again, no access now, new paddalock, why
Add on: Got a call back, able to get the problem resolved within 2hrs. Thank you
They check our units daily to make sure they are locked. We still are not sure why we got a new lock, but if your lock is not locking, they put a new lock on it. Again, thank you.

Michael helped me and my aunt with an auction unit today and was very knowledgable of the whole process and was very kind. I would strongly recommend storing here.
Michael did a great job today. Help us out moving out and moving in he was really helpful highly recommended.

This place was the worst place ever. We started at 2 7 and 1 for a Full House of furniture, they raise it to 370 a month, and then they started adding fees $70 a month for this $50 month for that. Before you know, we couldn't afford it anymore. And then they said they oxygen all our stuff off which we had a lot of good stuff in there. And they said they only got $10. Which is a bunch of PS do not ever use this storage place they're con. Artists should have a class action lawsuit against them. they are thieves and crooks.
Sam was amazing, got everything done in a timely fashion. Answered all my questions and did it with a smile. Loved the service!!
I was at this facility and I was not satisfied with the size of the unit and as I was leaving the property manager verbally assaulted my wife and kicked me car for what became you were mad I said no. I filed a complaint and a police report I wouldn't recommend public storage from now on they will assault you if you say no ....

I do like this place it's just the price I'm not happy about.
Had a unit for a few months and now they are increasing my rate by 30%.
Mary Rose was a great help & was very friendly .
Reservations are misleading. No employees on-site even when I had a reservation and set time to meet. New employee finally showed up but was unable to help. New employee was kind, though, and the issue was out of his control. Poorly run company through remote employees, I’d recommend spending your money at other storage units in the area.
They really helped me quick and easily. Stephanie was so helpful! Their prices are extremely reasonable and very spacious storages. I strongly recommended

Awesome place!
Started with a monthly rate of $170, 1.5 years and 4 price increases later my bill was $320. Moisture is an issue. Not well maintained in the winter. Be careful storing your stuff here.
