Michelle was a great help
Well it started out good. But before I could even move in I was sent an email saying move out complete. I paid for 2 1/2 months. I went there and they said it would be straitened out. But not it says I owe money due today. I paid till January of 2025. Not good

They also have affordable pricing on boxes and moving protection items. Jordan was great at assisting me with these items over the past two days. Come to this location because you will save.

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. Think the DMV sucks?? At PS you'll get locked out of your unit for multiple days and the most you'll hear about it is "I don't know what to tell you". They will not let you end your rental when you give them notice, and at this point I'm fairly certain they are actively trying to make everyone else's life a living hell.

They bought out whoever owned a place before them. But they are still forcing me to pay. Double what the storage space is worth and will not negotiate. With me to get the price down to allow me to continue to stay at a reasonable price.
They always friendly and help with every question we have . The place is always clean .
We store our stuff here and originally were paying $50. Then out of no where, we can only access on business hours. We work late/on weekends, so essentially we will never have time to be able to access our stuff and move it out. Then they raised the price to $75 without even notifying us at all. So basically, if you would like to pay $75/month for them to hold your stuff hostage, this is the place to go!

Had a problem initially down loading my personal information getting my entry codes
The only bad experience is that the storage isn't open Sundays an closes at 6pm weekdays. Also, there are no carts for transport of items to storage locations.
Prices went up after initial rate. Was notified of break ins and garage door issues and subsequent office hour availability limitations (9-5 and no sundays) all while the price for me went from $70 to $120 after 5 months. Management was nice but had no power when it came to pricing and accommodations/negotiations.

Upon calling to reserve the unit I was never informed that the day I paid for the unit is the day billing started I inform them I wanted to move in on the 29th and I was told that was when my billing would start actually came in before the 29th to pay 2 months on the unit and finalize everything went smoothly until I discovered that that was the day my billing started which resulted in canceling that transaction the staff on hand was great patient understanding and knowledgeable as well as professional I did not move out of the unit seeking new storage from a prior facility for consistently Rising fees

Very sketchy neighborhood, dirty storage unit, only had 1 cart available everytime I've been there and every single person there is super sketchy, I'm always worried I'm gonna get robbed while I'm there, there is wide openings on top of every unit where some people can easily crawl over into other people's storage units it's like a foot gap opening I'm scared to even leave my stuff there i definitely would not refer anyone

I just needed a place to put extra boxes, furniture, and anything else I didn’t have the room for and wasn’t ready to throw away so I got everything loaded up and headed up the street to public storage which was wasting all my time and I wasn’t able to make anything happen that day as far as the lady helping me on the phone they didn’t have a single location that I could rent a space for that day (it wasn’t later than 5 om) and she said I wasn’t gonna be able to today, so I’m my way home I saw CubeSmary and was done getting my space and unloading my stuff in less than two hours. I’d recommend Cubesmart to anyone looking to store their belongings
