I have recently used Public storage we were helped by Ms. Sonja. She was extremely pleasant and very thorough with explanations of how the terms worked. She answered all of my questions. It made me feel at ease that our important belongings were going to be secure for the time it was there she always greeted at us by name which is a bonus in my book for a great customer service. I would recommend public storage and I believe that Sonja is an important asset to your location.

I find it highly unhelpful for there not to be posted office hours since they differ from the access hours. Neither in the Google address nor website are there any note of what the hours are nor on the window. Yet before 9pm there were no associates available and the door was locked.
Clean facility but my only problem is that I get a warning about having the door closed while in the unit for privacy which I understand, then I get a second warning about being in the unit more than 1 hour like it's a office, could have informed me the first time about both so I wouldn't get a second warning. My first time using a storage unit in my life so I was really unsure what or what I could not do. I will be moving my belongings to another storage facility in April. I'm also unhappy how they pay so close attention to my wrong doing but can't pay attention to wrong doing after business hours because 3 times I have came to this location around 6pm - 8pm I have seen people walk in and don't leave or get dropped off at the location like it's a motel and notice the unit next to mine closed and locked in the open position.
