So disappointed, didn't get to use my unit space due to mouse droppings being everywhere. Couldn't get a refund, because the administration fee is non refundable, even though I didn't use the storage because it was a health hazard. It's was no way they cleaned the unit out after I rented it. All the black spots in the pictures are mice droppings. It was the small 5x5 unit.

I had a hard time finding a unit today , I have been to multiple properties and no one seem to help me until I was sent to the suitland location and ran into the property manager name Kiya , she has been so helpful , she did not push me away or sent me to another location, the prices was not the best at this location but we hopped online and she found me a perfect price at the forestville location and I will be completing the process just because of her customer service, my day had been so hard and she really helped me out a great deal and made my day a alot better , I really appreciate her for making this move in process easier for me . I'm not the type of person to leave a review but after being accommodated by Johanna I just had to. I just moved out from this unit after having it for about a year, and Johanna is the only employee there that made me feel at home in a sense. She has great customer service skills with even better conversation, speaking on the phone felt like talking to an old friend and all the times we've spoke she always made me feel like she cared. I was happy to have had her be the one there for my last visit.
