The reviews on this location are NOT about the actual units so be careful when looking at the reviews for this location and also don't look at reviews from people who have only given one review. I'm not sure what others are seeing about the condition of this storage facility but it is not in good condition. I reserved a 10x10 unit and went to see it. Not only does the facility not have an elevator but they use a long ramp to get to internal storage units. Once we looked at the unit, the ceiling is made out of wooden planks where you could see parts of the outside through it. There was no lighting in the unit and the concrete in the floor was not in good condition. The units look old and outdated where bugs and possible weather could cause issues with your stuff being damaged so I do not recommend this location. I immediately cancelled and did not move in. Unfortunately, if you pay online first without seeing the unit, you will not get your $30 processing fee back so do not pay without looking when it comes to Public Storage.

I was shocked at how rude the rep was to me on the phone when I asked what happened after they close. I was polite but they got an attitude and literally hung up on me.

I had the most amazing experience with Aaron at the Lockwood location. (Especially since my contact with customer service was AWFUL). From the time I called, Aaron certainly exceeded my expectations from the initial call to my move in date. He even called me back to make sure I was ok and understood everything or had any questions.
