I was looking for a storage place so I came to Public Storage I was impressed with the nice lady named Flor. Flor explained everything to me and let me look at a unit she was respectful and nice very helpful very professional and informative. if you need help at public storage ask for Flor.

My storage was sold and I was not contacted. They claim an email was sent and a letter. Now my identity and my kids identity is out there for someone to use. Went to pay but it was sold. Things in life happen. I was in my pajamas because I don't have clothes. Now my family has to start over. Management was to call and never did. I will not rent from them anymore. O they were taking payments and sending it back. Half of 8 is 4

BEWARE!!! Update: Reduced to one star. After two months of storage our stuff (containing no food stuffs of course) came back infested with MICE that are now in our new home. In addition to previous text: A storage unit that closes when you get off work. Basically worthless if you need to get smth in a pinch. Worst opening hours ever.

Nice location. Not so well maintained. Very few carts (only seen 2-3 ever) and are almost always taken anyways. Worker wasn't in the store/front office for around 2 hours one time. Would recommend getting floor level if you can.

The staff training must include a course on being rude, because I don’t understand why I was met with such nasty attitudes for asking to close my account. I have used this store for 3+ years and never had issues until I wanted to close my account, it’s almost as I’m being penalized for closing.

I went to go see the storage space and the staff Kendall was a great help. He was super nice and he explained everything well. Kendall's positive attitude and nice personality made me what to store my belongings there. His customer service skills were awesome! 👌

Employee was nice guy but when I tried to enter unit after hours about 7 pm I was unable to enter because it was after hours this defeats the purpose of having a storage unit since I clearly don't have access to the unit.

I like this location but, the issue that I have about this place is if the elevator is broken for more than a month, They are not doing anything about it to compensate for the issue to the customers. I was told by management that I would get 30% off my next bill due to the inconvenience of the broken elevator but, nothing has happened to my bill it is still the same. I hope the elevator will get fixed soon. I am not able to move out due to this problem!
Sooo.. You let anyone rent out a storage unit, but fail to mention that the elevator doesn’t work…. And from what I see it hasn’t worked for ages… not even a reduced price?? Putting my things in a storage should be made simple like you Guys promised.. next time I’m
Going across the street and using uhauls storage.
I find this to be the worst, I've been trying to close my unit since 3/5/23, but can't because the elevator is broken, nobody is in the office it seems on the weekends to answer calls, I can't wait to be rid of them

Great service
Both elevators have been broken for over a month and no one is able to give any estimated timeline as to when they will be fixed. I do not have access to my items and cannot move out as a result. This is completely outrageous that a storage location is unable to fix - or replace - an elevator for over a month! I have never seen such negligence anywhere.

Upon checking in, I realized that my storage unit was a little too small for me but the associates in the office made the upgrading process VERY easy. Arshell (apologies if this isn’t the correct spelling) and Keena were helpful, nice, and informative with the different options that were available and even let me see the size of the unit first before agreeing if it were the right size for me. I really appreciate the amazing customer service especially considering how stressful moving can be, they both made the experience easy and stress free! THANK YOU!!!
Easy sign up process, better rates than my previous storage company. I really like their app--you can open and close the gate using your phone so you don't have to remember a code. Elevators on each side of the building make it easy to navigate.
