I signed up for an account when this was Extra Space. I was given the first month free and told it would be pro rated after that if I didn’t use a full month. I did this on 6/14/25. I moved out in 7/9/25 and this location was acquired by Public Storage on 7/10. They now claim I owe them for the month I got free, and that I have not moved out. Nobody will help me resolve this, I have called, emailed, and chatted with no resolution.
Irene is great! Not only help me find the right storage for the right cost but also a bit of therapy. :)
Public Storage acquired the facility at which I have been a long time renter. They were very helpful and worked with me and my wife to get a much better rate and a new refreshed unit. I'm saving a ton of money and no more maintenence issues. Extra thanks to the local office for being so kind and helpful.
Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Absolutely no desire to help me sort out issues created when Public purchased the location from Extra Space. Rude, insensitive and unprofessional.
