I don't appreciate my unit rent increasing by 39% in a single month. Such an increase is Absolutely Ridiculous. Knowing that it was out of the control of the on-site staff, I still expressed my disappointment. I was not pleased at all. I was able to easily reserve my unit online 1hr before I needed it. That was great! However, I was disappointed in the unit. It was so old and had a rodent pellet packet in the corner that had been chewed through. I did NOT feel comfortable storing my belongings. I left very quickly and tried to call management to get a refund. Nobody answered but they did return my call the following day and provided me with a full refund with no issue. The units in the front of the facility appeared to look cleaner (possibly) but towards the back near the stored vehicles, absolutely not.

I came looking for a storage unit and Raigan the manager at this location was phenomenal. Kind and helpful and helped me find just what i was looking for!
The place is nice and clean just be aware you will need to bring your own cart/dolly/handtruck to move anything in or out. I have been up a few times trying to move my stuff from one unit to another and have been unable to do so because they have no carts available. I spoke to an employee and they said they were supposed to have 10; 2 got stolen, I saw someone using 1, and apparently the other 7 were in peoples units according to them. I went up today, a Wednesday at 8 am, I was the only car in the lot and could not locate a single cart. Something needs to be done! I will keep this updated with any news. #cartgate

She just saved me hundreds of dollars on a new rental space and I couldn't be happier. In a matter of 10 months, this location raised my rate over 70% per month. Additionally, we moved out on the 2nd of the month and they charged us for the entire rest of the month. Interesting business model. Although I shouldve figured, given the storage unit contract was comparable to buying a house....way too much fine print. Bring your spectacles or go to a family business storage facility.
The online payment and setup is easy and saves time for gas. The personnel aren’t always inside the office but are super helpful when they are available. Clean, safe and no contracts.
Unlike the lady at Crofton mini storage they mind their business and don't assume negative ideas which is why I changed storage locations

I went inside of Public Storage in Bowie Md today. The help that I receive was just like old times. I’m one that is Big on Quality and Quantity. I want to thank this young lady Trinity for helping me in selecting the Best room size to store my items. If you drop by this location make sure you ask for her. Trinity’s personality was out of this world. I left there very happy.

We put our stuff in storage when my husband was going on a one year deployment to make it easier for me to take care of my toddler and myself while he was gone. During that year, the company got sold to public storage and they increased our montly bill by almost $100 and removed our military discount. Any attempt made to understand this and correct it was rebuffed or ignored. We just got out stuff out of storage and got another postcard letting us know that our storage rent would be increasing to almost $400. The reason this is so irritating is that with my husband deployed, I had no way to change the storage unit we were using or the company or to get my stuff out of storage. Honestly, this was the most dispicable thing I have experienced as a military wife especially because the company being sold or bought is so far out of my control that I was rendered helpless and just had to pay the bill regardless of the contract we signed 6 months before all of this happened.

I went by inquiring about rates and check unit sizes. When I got there, Raigan was so professional in explaining in great detail. She showed me different unit sizes and ensured all my questions were answered.

Don't use them if you can't be there in person. Currently deployed and had a couple issues come up including raising my rate. Email communication gets ignored. Facilities were nice and super clean when I left. Customer service is the only negative.
Place is everything one would expect from a storage facility: clean, units are nice and well-priced. Mobil app is easy to use. Above all, GREAT customer service. Whomever I encounter at the desk is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help.
