Great service, the girl in the office that helped me was very pleasant and patient with explaining how things worked, I would recommend this place highly because of her.

Fix your elevator and turn up the AC it's been MONTHS. I'd also like to edit that it does say climate controlled. After the reviews I read recently I'm apolled at the temperature of my unit. Edit: after two months later they put ac in the middle of July.

Would give zero stars if I could. Rented for 5 years and rarely had to go to the unit. Rates constantly went up with little notice.Went recently to start clearing it and items are missing and others are covered in mold. Called the office and was told that it’s not all climate controlled only some units are and it’s not their problem. Then told to call today for the property manager who hasn’t answered or called back. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!

Absolutely garbage. Been calling two times a week because my unit has a lock on it and i dont have access even though im paid up and current?? Property manager either died disappeared or isnt answering voicemails

NO WORKING ELEVATORS. There are 2 elevators and they are both out of service. Fix it ASAP!

Not sure this Storage business lure you with good promotion rate and few months later they rise your rent and few months later again? is that general tacktic around storage business or its just Public Storage trick? Any idea ?

Called to inquire about pricing and storage unit sizes. I have to say how amazingly impressed I was with the customer service from a woman named Capree. Not only was she a complete sweetheart, but she gave me all the information I needed to know, and then some. She did not overwhelm me, or give me an overload to where I could not understand like most places do this place will definitely get my business, especially due to, the superb customer service. We need more friendly professional people like this

Great service from start to finish!!! The first woman I spoke with on their main office line was very informative as well as compassionate to the situation that brought me needing storage. Then their site manager was more than accommodating in meeting me at the exactly agreed time and walked me through the process from start to finish. Her personality as well as courtesy are both things not often found lately. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone .

DO NOT BOOK A UNIT ON THE FIRST FLOOR OR HERE AT ALL IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS. After a short two months, a bunch of my stuff in storage grew mold. I don't know what went wrong for a space that is supposed to be climate controlled. The first floor physically felt humid and wet when I went to move everything out. I may just be unlucky seeing the other glowing reviews, but I will never use this storage space again. Only positive was that the staff on-site was nice and helpful enough, but that doesn't make up for my lost money and time.

Clean storage areas and elevator access. The app is easy to use & remotely opens the gate. The units are a bit confusing with the 400s - 600s are on the same floor and a lot of corridors in every direction. I use the same entrance and exit and memory to find my unit. It's hard to navigate if you don't know where your units are.

I've been dealing with a major health crisis and bills and getting a storage rate increase was the last thing I needed. So I called to speak with the property manager and left a message. A gentleman by the name of Tim called me back and I made an appointment to go to the property to look a a more suitable unit for what I currently had stored. He took the time to listen to my concerns, review what I had stored and made a recommendation as to what would be more apporpriate. Not only that, he got me a unit that was right around the corner from where mine was. In my current medical state going up and down wasn't an option and I felt he listened and heard me. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. A+ on customer service skills and not only that, he exemplifies empathy! If only more people in were more like him!

I just would like to say I appreciate Tim. Tim had assisted me with my insurance issue when another associate told me a whole other story. He also assisted me with another issue as well regarding rates. But that is not the main reason why I want to express my appreciation. The main reason is that Tim has this place sparkling and smellingclean and fresh. I just pulled up and of course Tim is doing his routine. I just know when I go inside. Hello on this beautiful day in April, I want to tell you about my experience withTim, the manager at Public Storage on Washington Street in Weymouth. Tim was there the day I started renting a 10'x10' storage unit back in Nov. 2021. At first, I wasn't sure it would be worth it.... After all, I could pack up the bags and boxes and store them in an extra room at my house. Well, let me tell you, I had no idea how MUCH my relative had collected during her last move in 2019. What I thought was going to be an easy 5'x5' storage unit rental, "quickly" turned into a 10'x10' storage unit rental, then some. I found a Public Storage conveniently located near my home. I can even walk there on a nice day! Anyway, Tim walked me through the process of renting a unit. Which is exactly what I (my relative needed) and still needs. The price of the unit is worth the 'peace of mind" my family and I have. Esp. when "hoarding" has taken it's toll during the pandemic. Trying to downsize has been a challenge in 2022! Recently, I "misplaced" the keys to my storage unit. And guess what? Tim and another employee, gave me all the details I needed to know regarding replacing my lock and really broke It down in a way I could unserstand. Tim spent time explaining some of the options I have regarding my storage unit; efficiency of packing properly and price fluctuations in the storage unit industry. Tim gave me some examples of potential problems I may run into in the future and the choices I have to deal with them, should they occur. Overall, I would rather Not pay for storage, but, we don't live in a perfect world, so I'll just say that my first "real" storage unit rental has been awesome. Public Storage in Weymouth always answers my call or gets right back to me whenever I leave a voicemail. I use the app to review my account info and pay my bills too! The place is clean. Well lit. Maintained. Parking is available. And, very important, the Elevator works! The gate was down a couple weeks ago, well, I didn't like that. But, I returned today and found a brand new gate. And I really like that it's located beside 3 fast food places and a 7-Eleven is across the street. Just in case I need a quick snack to boost my energy during a long day of moving stuff in and out of storage. I'm sure no storage company is perfect but, I have been satisfied with the customer service, hours of operation (including Sunday) condition of the office, grounds and unit of this Public Storage facility on Washington Street in Weymouth. Storage is storage. It's not like renting an apartment, however being on the top floor one has a nice view of the parking lot.

First time using a storage facility. Tim at front desk was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful getting us situated with a unit. Would recommend, thanks Tim!

I have been a customer at this location for about 6 months and I ran into an issue that was serious enough for me to consider leaving. I stopped by and spoke to Tim. I believe that he is one of the managers. Not only was he helpful, but he actually took the time to work on my problem and managed to solve it for me. He left me feeling confident in the company and I am no longer planning to leave. Well done, Tim! Thank you!

Overall my experience with this pubic storage company has been great! In particular Tim who helped me through setting up and coordinating a date to move in was exceptional. He thoroughly explained and answered any questions I had in a very professional and courteous manner. Would recommend this company to my friends and family.
