Juan was extremely kind and helpful today during my service call. I always am nervous for these calls and expect no help because customer service these days is so challenging. But Juan was great. Made me happy to be a customer and likely to recommend to my friends!

Juan, the storage facility manager at the Waltham location, is super caring and has great customer service manners. He called me after I reserved my locker online, and he showed me the space when I visited. He made the process super easy and pleasant. As for the facilities, the place is very clean, organized, and accessible. It’s also temperature controlled, in case it matters to your stored items. I highly recommend this place.

Renting a storage unit is never straightforward - Juan made it super easy and fun! Location has some issues with their elevators but Juan took his time to find us a unit that would make it easier for us to get up and around. Highly recommend this location!

No bugs like other storage places. Guy at front desk is friendly and helpful.

The facility seems clean and secure but on move-in day the BOTH freight elevators were broken. One was completely off-line; the other had a broken inside panel (you could get in the elevator but could go anywhere unless someone called the elevator from another floor). As other customers were moving in/out during the same time, this made the move-in process twice as long as it needed to be. And when you are paying movers by the hours, the extra time, cost me hundreds of dollars more!!! Even though the office hours indicated the office should be open, no one in the office and no one answering the phone.

Bill was very kind, helped me with my needs immediately. He is very approachable.

Harry is a stellar employee and has been great each time I have had an issue. Employees like him are far and few! Be sure to keep him as long as you can! He maintains great customer rapport resulting in satisfied customers.

Stopped by to inquire about a storage unit on a Sunday morning and got a Good deal to store my motorcycle. Harry was very helpful and didn't mind at all to show me a room so I could have an idea of the size of it. Overall highly satisfied!

Great customer service., Safe facility, handled difficult billing situation due to customer are professionally (i.e. I was wrong and super rude and they handled it well). Thank you to the manager. I’d recommend their facility – decent prices, clean and safe.

Reserved a space but didn’t pay. By the time we tried to pay for the unit, all units of that size had been taken—fine. We called the office and got stuck on a frustrating call with the employee—we kept being told various and conflicting things, but were finally told we could get a larger unit at the same price if we came in person ASAP. Made an appointment for 9:30am the next morning. Came at 9:30am the next morning, only to be kept waiting outside for 40 minutes before the employee finally showed up (same one who had answered the phone yesterday). We go in, only to be told that we can’t get a larger unit for the same price and would have to pay extra, which directly contradicts what the same employee told us the day before. Are redirected to another facility 10 minutes away and are assured that someone will be at the front desk. We get there and the same situation—nobody at the front desk (it’s 10:30 by this point). We call the original facility and the same employee picks up. We ask her to contact the employee at this facility and get them to come to the front desk (as she mentioned she had his number). She sticks us on hold. Whole thing was incredibly frustrating

Best, well managed, clean, and convenient storage unit in the area. I’ve used three or four different storage facilities over the last 10+ years, and this location has been the best. Management is friendly, polite, and very customer service oriented. Highly recommend!

I've come to pay my bill several times at this location and nobody is ever here when you go to pay online they say it's a free to pay it but it's a $10 fee extra. Sounds like they're gouging people taking advantage totally unprofessional and disgraceful.

I stored here for two years during the pandemic, and would 10/10 recommend. very helpful staff, they kindly helped me figure out storage payments while I've been abroad (card expired, billing address changed, etc). last year I changed units within the same building and the process was quick and easy, and when I moved my things out last week I was able to complete the check-out process over the phone (since I moved out outside of business hours)

I came in to this location last week and meet a young lady Tiana that helped me figure out the best size I will need to store my 1 bedroom because I'm leaving the state for 6 months I will come see her soon thank you for your help.

Great experience! Ample parking, very clean. Despite being a Memorial Day, a clerk (Ashley) was there, and she was very helpful.

We were deeply disappointed. After my daughter’s mother died they made it almost impossible to retrieve items my daughter wanted from the space her mother had rented. I don’t need up paying months of rent and meeting road block after road block to accessing and then ending our rental. The staff person we dealt with tried to intercede with her supervisor on our behalf, but was told she was not to do anything to help us.
