I choose Public Storage at 260 Lexington St in Waltham because of its location, cleanliness and secure environment. After leasing the storage unit, I met Harry the manager. Harry could not be more welcoming. He walks the grounds and floors of this facility to ensure everything is clean and secure. I felt extremely comfortable storing my belongings here. I highly recommend this Public Storage location.
The staff, especially Harry, is unbelievable. Such a clean and well maintained place. Carts are organized neatly and everything is easy to find. Units are easy to access and navigate to while remaining secure. Fantastic place that I will 100% recommend to friends!
I've used a competitor, and I prefer Public Storage. Specifically this Lex St location: it's super clean and super secure, easy to get in and out, bathroom is always clean, with staff that have gone above and beyond -- what more could you ask for? Specifically, when setting up my account, Bill (a property manager from Somerville, who was subbing at Waltham, hi!) helped me out in a specific sticky situation and he was an absolute gem! He understood my issue and helped come up with a solution -- 5 star customer service! I was very grateful and have been recommending this location to friends moving this fall. Then the day of my move-in, Harry gave me a tour and was extremely personable, quick, and clear with what I needed to know and do moving forward. They run a great facility!

I’ve been working with Chuck for about 4 years and every interaction has been awesome and goes above and beyond for us and a team at Bentley University. I could not recommend Chuck more!

Elevators have been broken for two weeks, better to rent another location.
Good location, reasonable price, but some ongoing problems with management and maintenance.
If you need to store your important belongings, this is the place to go! They have reasonable prices and expectional stuff. Chuck, the site manger was flexible and helpful when I changed the size my my unit. He stayed after hours, made appointments for me, and didn't charge me extra for a new lock in the my new unit.

This was quite possibly the best storage unit experience I have ever had. The space and unit itself were clean, accessible and well-managed. And the prices were reasonable. But what makes this spot special is the manager, Chuck. At first he seems a bit gruff and intimidating. (I interrupted his lunch when I showed up) But after a few conversations you quickly find out he has a heart of gold, is super smart, and really wants to give you a good deal and have a satisfied customer. Plus he is funny as hell. If you have choices of any storage space to patronize in the vicinity...go see Chuck at Public Storage on Lexington St. in Waltham. He will take great care of you and your belongings and you'll have fun. Five stars all around.

Debra must be the worst agent at this storage, I had an issue with my payment and the lock was not on and I was explaining to her how I plan on solving the issue, she kept on interrupting me, and hang up on me. The worst.
