Ojay was so nice in showing me different units to compare sizes for what I'd need. He also helped me sign up and showed me how to use the app which is great since I'm a little technologically challenged. Definitely recommend.
I am a brand new customer to public storage on Washington street in Weymouth. I have a carful of items that need to go into my unit but there are no flatbeds here to move my items to the third floor. There is no one in the office and no one is answering the phone. I have called the property manager twice but no one has called back. This is my first impression of public storage. I have never been to a storage facility where they don’t provide pushcarts. I checked all three floors. There is nothing. What should have taken 20 min max is now taking well over an hour with zero assistance coming. I’m sitting in the parking lot and don’t know what to do. My car is filled. DO NOT RENT HERE. I’m dropping this place before I have even moved in. Nightmare!
I've got to admit that l just love having a storage unit, and visiting this place.

Very affordable storage unit. I own a condo so having this extra space for storage is much needed and Jeremiah has been extremely supportive in getting everything set up at public storage and making me feel like my stuff is safe.
