Ojay was the best unfortunately his place did not have the right space size for my jet ski but he referred me to brockton public storage thank u for the assist.

This is the worst storage place ever. They took and sold all the very last memories from all my clothes i ever owned to everything I had that was sentimental to me and they knew it it also had my husband's collection of marvel action figures!!! D9 NOT BRING ANYTHING THERE U DONT WANT TO LOSE THEY WILL SELL IT! I'll never get those beautiful memories of my best friend my mother back and it literally breaks my heart everyday I was just over a month late I can't believe I have nothing left not even a coat they sold my whole life I'm so heartbroken💔💔💔💔💔💔

I cannot say enough about OJ the property Manager who assisted me today. I had an appointment for noon but there was a mix up and OJ was not aware I was coming. He wasn't even supposed to be on the property because it was his day off and sick was sick but he was so nice to take me to see several units and set me up right on the spot. He explained everything and was both knowledgeable and understanding about my situation. He made it all easy and painless. These are the types of employees companies want to hold on to. They are the face of Public Storage. Thank you again and I would recommend Public Storage for sure.

Do not rent a storage unit here!!! 1st of all, they are theives! They change the prices randomly with no notice and units are also rat infested! The photos do not show just how bad it is!

I’ve had my belongings at this facility for 2 years, & within the 2 years , there’s been 3 owners, when Public Storage bought the facility my rate for a 10x10 went up to $217 2-3 months later it went UP to $270 , I spoke to Customer Service about the increase & she told me that it’s a month to month lease and it subject to increase, my only option is to move All my things into another 10x10 unit and my rate will decrease. I don’t recommend putting your belongings in Public Storage unless you only need the space Short Term.

OJ was an amazing help with the process of getting a storage unit. He helped on every step walking us through the facility showing us different units to see what kind of space we needed. We really appreciated all of the help !

OJ was efficient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions about renting a storage unit at Public Storage.

OJ is fabulous!! I needed to change my rental to a larger unit and desired the online price. He worked very hard to make that work! He then double checked that the new reservation was available and correct on the App and showed me the location of the unit. I’m so happy to have met and worked with OJ.

Such a great experience! Finding the perfect storage space and knowing exactly how much space you need is so dreadful. When we walked in OJ was very helpful. He even took the time to explain everything to us and showed us potential units. We walked out feeling very comfortable with our decision to rent a space here all because of OJ.

If you need a storage unit and want to get your moneys worth and amazing customer service I was services by a brother Named OJ and let me tell you if I was able to see a manager or a DM he deserves a promotion for his service he went above and beyond and was super respectful polite and informative and did everything in his power to help me get a space and I showed up at 4:45 pm and his shift ended at 5 and we got done a hour later due to technical difficulties we need more ppm like OJ in positions of power because he examined leadership skills customer service skills and I can see a huge part of return business because of him thank you my man OJ!

Their very friendly and accommodating. My 10 x 10 is affordable with climate control. It's kept very clean inside and i feel my belongings are very safe as a lock & key were provided the day I rented.

Kim is a great representative for Public Storage. Since we’ve begun renting a unit there, Kim has been very helpful throughout the process. The building is newer than other facilities and is very clean. We strongly suggest that you consider renting here when you’re in the need of a storage unit.

Visited this location today to see about a unit when I arrived the manager Kim was on her lunch break but insisted that she could help me anyway . So happy that I switched to this new storage facility. I love the fact that when you walk in you know right off the bat that they take time to clean. Also, the rates are the cheapest around, I saved almost $100 a month by switching to this facility and it is climate control which my last storage did not have. So that is a Win Win!!! Phil the store manager took great care of my husband and I. He was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend Life Storage.

I opened a unit today, and Krystal was fabulous. She is friendly, efficient and professional - a seemingly rare combo these days! She took the time to point out the quickest pathway to my unit, and told me of all the benefits of storing there. It was a great intro to the facility.
