Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 71 Bishop St, Framingham, MA

I'm sending this review because I've called to speak with customer service here in framingham and spoke with Vanessa. I had several questions about my account and she was so knowledgeable, informative, polite, and had such a professional and friendly way about her. Thank you so much Vanessa for helping me with what I needed at Public Storage. It makes being there so much better!!

We have had a storage unit with this location for over a year and I wouldn't have it any other way. It's convenient and easy. Getting the unit took a few taps on my phone and they had everything ready upon arrival. During the time that I had it, everyone was happy to help with questions and had a great attitude, they made a chore feel less exhausting. With multiple points of entry it made even their busiest times feel like I could take my time and not feel like in im anyone's way. During the move out process, Vanessa was the absolute best. She answered all my questions, she had a fantastic attitude and honesty made a stressful situation fun!

John was very helpful in providing information about the options currently available. Very professional and courteous.

Last month I worked with Vanessa and John and they were the nicest, friendliest, and kindest people I've worked with in a long time. I had a difficult problem getting my containers into the unit, but with their help and patience, we were able to resolve the problem and I couldn't be happier. Vanessa and John have my total respect and highest regards. Please recognize and acknowledge what you've got here in these two, they are awesome and worthy of the highest praises.

Great customer service very friendly goes above and beyond very clean. Smells very good in the facility works hard. Supplies are every need.

Spoke with Vanessa - Manager at the public storage in Framingham. She was beyond helpful!!!! Super patient and knowledgable about which sizes would fit my items. She walked me through the process and even notified me of upcoming charges and insurance options in advance so I would not be surprised with any fees. Absolute fabulous experience with Vanessa. She made me feel at ease about this experience, prepared for my move tomorrow, and after our call I even felt confident I knew everything I needed to know to made this move seamless!

i needed an affordable storage unit and everywhere i called it was ridiculous in prices and manners until i called Public Storage. i was treated with such care and honesty. Vanessa helped me out she treated me like she always knew me. she made me feel so welcomed. thanks Vanessa just being kind can turn someone's entire day around and you did that for today. Excellent storage facility, very clean, simple access, completely hassle free. Manage everything easily from the app, including opening the main doors. Manager Venessa is outstanding to work with. She's extremely helpful and goes out of her way to help when you are on property.

If you are looking for a safe, clean, secure and very efficiently operated place to store your valuables (clothes, furniture, bikes, books, houseware, etc)ok no further than PUBLIC STORAGE in Framingham. John M, the day time property manager, does a superb job of maintaining and continually improving both the PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY and customer service at the Framingham location. John is a very hardworking and cheerfully dedicated to the seemingly endless physical, customer service and computer work that needs to be quickly completed in this swiftly growing and much needed service. You will not be disappointed when you store your hard earned furniture, clothes, housewares, and books here. It is by far the best storage I have found in the area and across multiple moves around the East Coast. I can honestly say it is the service of workers like John that make Public Storage in Framingham worth trusting with my possessions.

Me siento muy indignada con lo que me pasó hoy vine con mi papá a las 6 am para guardar mis cosas y subimos abrimos las puertas pusimos las primeras cosas y de pronto en la segunda vuelta el elevador dejó de funcionar y intenté poner los códigos para saber si ese era el problema y resulta que no solo dejo de funcionar y no permitió que yo suba mis cosas , luego esperé media hora porque pensé que se iba a solucionar si solo le daba tiempo y no ayudo para nada traté hasta que no vi que estaba dando resultados y llame a al número que indica la web para tener solución y me atendió una chica la llamada y le expliqué lo que había sucedido y me dijo que espere hasta las 9:30 am y le dije que esta supuesto a estar abierto desde las 6 y solo me dijo que no los elevadores no están funcionando y yo le dije que si había funcionado porque yo ya entré y abrí la puerta deje mis primeras cosas y luego que volví a internarlo pues no quiso funcionar y sin terminar dejarme hablar me colgó la llamada diciendo solo espera hasta las 9:30 y eso está súper mal porque están ofreciendo un servicio dando indicaciones de un horario de funcionamiento y no esta funcionando el elevador todos contamos con un tiempo disponible y sacrificamos nuestro tiempo o necesidades y no es Justo que por una cosa dañada perjudique el tiempo de los demás mi papá necesita trabajar y mi novio tiene que salir del banco para tratar de ayudarme en arreglar las cosas por qué tenemos reuniones pendientes que atender hoy y cuento con conté con un tiempo designado para cada ocasión y ahora tengo que esperar 3 horas para finalizar esto , pero cuando uno tiene que poner el dinero para alquilar el espacio uno no demora ni hace perder el tiempo a los demás , necesito una solución por favor ! Y Gracias

Customer service person seems to be absent before the building closes. There is literally nothing we can do, multiple people have been waiting for a bit. We can see drinks, a jacket--- someone should be here. We are now sitting here looking though the window looking stupid when I have a flight in 3hrs.

The best storage options and price in all Massachusetts. I reserved a 10x10 room thinking the contents of what I needed to store would fit. I staged the contents to make sure I was right (or at least close). I was, but needed a little more space. I called the facility and spoke to Jonathan. He was friendly, understanding and nice. I went to the facility to make the transfer and he had it all switched over to the larger size in 10 minutes. Amazing! Then, on the day of the move-in, he also anticipated our movers' arrival by having the doors open automatically without having to ask him. He provided top-notch professional and friendly service with a smile. A real good egg. I'm glad I chose this Public Storage site!

Es un un lugar bastante amplio para guardar tus pertenencias, tiene elevador, cuenta con un buen equipo de empleados muy amables, buenos, y justos. Estan muy pendientes de que sientas que tus pertenencias estan seguras, tratan de ayudarte si ocurre algo en tu unidad y al rededor de ella. Los precios varian de acuerdo al tamaño que escojas, pero son precios justos. Puedes ir personalmente a escoger la unidad o por internet, al igual q puedes pagar por internet o a la oficina. Te los recomiendo, son nuevos y espaciosos y tienen acceso a personas impedidas. puedes verlos desde la calle. Y cuentan con estacionamiento.
