Juan was so incredibly helpful and made moving a far less stressful experience than it otherwise would have been. We accidentally rented a unit on the second floor without elevator access (warning to look out for this before renting online) and he helped us switch into a larger unit on the first floor. 5-star customer service!!
Bill is one of the greatest Customer Service / Manager agents I have ever dealt with in my 40 year as of renting storage space. He has been able to assist me in storage problems, financial matters and other problems that have comr up at this Public Storage location. He has always been pleasant, very helpful and as far as I am concerned a major asset to Public Storage.
Juan was amazing with his customer service. If you need anything, he will be sure to help you with it. If anyone deserves a raise or a promotion, it’s Juan!!
Do not rent a place from here under any circumstances. Don't believe their campaigns. They're scammers!!! Stolen your money!!! I rented a place from this depot. There are mice and bedbugs in the depot, and they chewed on my belongings, so I checked out on April 1st. When I checked out, there was no staff in the depot. I couldn't even discuss my issue. I did my transaction online and never visited again. Despite checking out, they charged me for two months' rent today. They threatened to affect my credit. Don't throw your money away; rent cleaner, safer, and cheaper storage units starting from the day you enter. I absolutely do not recommend it.
Juan was amazing. I made a reservation a few weeks ago with another employee. I was told I had until 3pm on May 10 to go to the location and fill out the paperwork (even though I offer to pay early). When I called to confirm the details on May 9th I was told my unit was rented and there were no other units that size available. I was coming from out of state for college move out. Juan found me a unit albeit a larger one and honored the original price! He took a very stressful situation, found humor and most importantly a solution. He is a gem of an employee! Juan gets 5+ stars! The other employee was very nice and professional but the error could have been disastrous.
The facility is clean and nice. Happy all around.

Manager Bill has been great — long time storage for about 10 years - For the most part …… Extra Storage staff was very good …….. I have been using the storage for a while, and all the time the Public Storage manager Bill was always helpful and kind! He did, for sure, go above and beyond which I expected the customer service is supposed to do! If I compare with my all adventureous experiences all around US (35+ states), he was certainly one of the best customer service representitives ever! Top five for sure! Even though he had eye surgery and all related issues, he was fully committed to giving good customer service to customers 😅. And if you are coming from another country you know how important it is because all legal documents etc. are not making your life easy and having someone like Bill ready to explain and facilitate things is more valuable than some other things. If you are customer or going to be a customer, you should reach him to get reasonable solution when you have any sort of trouble.
