The $1 move in is a scam. They charge you a $29 "administrative fee" to offset it. The lady that works here is very nice and helpful... no complaints on the service just the misleading corporate policy.

the door of some units was open with signs of homeless people living there, there was a busted door as if the unit had been stolen, the units do not have working light bulbs and the worst: the walls of my unit were broken and I could walk through and see the neighboring units . I left my stuff there because I had no other choice, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I will get my stuff out of there as soon as possible. Other sites offer amenities in good condition and at a lower price. I would like to get my money back. I rented a truck to move my stuff to this place and now I have to pay for another one to get it out again and find a better place. 0 stars.

Someone removed our lock & replaced it with public storage lock, we weren't even able to get our clothes for new years, that was Saturday this is Wednesday & still no word from anyone, we pay over 150.00 around 2 years now & I'm pissed, what good are your cameras if you can't protect our belongings, I need someone to contact us so we can get the police & lawyers involved if anything is missing

Connie was very helpful today. Very nice clean spaces free of bugs, spider webs, leaves and dust. Seamless process and had my unit within 30mins. Only downside is the advertised price isn’t quite what you’ll pay which is a little misleading. Doesn’t take away from the people or anything though. So far so good.

This is a great storage facility! Great service and friendly staff! We received a notice to come by office to get a free cover because there would be painting of storage units. They had not yet come in so calls were made and they ended up giving us a tarp to use as a cover. Very pleased with these 2 young ladies!
